They practically throw me and Marisa in. I see Liam sitting against a wall, his arm in his lap and Marisa immediately goes over to him and they begin talking.

I go over to Harry, who’s sitting on the opposite wall. Liam and Marisa come over. “How did you defeat the Python?” Marisa asks Liam.

He responds, “Once I got it still it wasn’t that hard to kill it with the knife. It just hurt my arm a lot.”

“How’d you defeat the gorilla?” I ask her.

She shrugs, “I didn’t actually shoot Bob until the end. I just hit him a bunch of times with the gun and when he was unconscious shot him. Poor Bob.”

Liam rubs her arm, “You didn’t have a choice.”

I turn to Harry, “How did you kill the bull?”

He smiles a little, “I choked him. I stuffed the red flag in his mouth and he wasn’t smart enough to get it out. I just got charged before that happened, so...”

“Yea, how is your stomach?” I ask.

He shrugs, “They stitched it up. How’d you kill the Puma?”

“I whipped him a lot and then choked him the rope.”

Liam and Marisa drift off from us and fall asleep in the same corner, sleeping pretty close. Their hands touch as they slumber.

Harry grins at me, “It’s pretty cool how you were able to kill the Puma.”

    I nod, “Oh, I know.”

Harry laughs and I can’t help but join in. When we stop, I find my eyes meeting his. They’re blue right now...a dark, mysterious blue that look a lot like a sky during a thunderstorm at night without clouds in the way.

The next thing I know I’m in Harry’s arms and he’s kissing me. It starts hungry, like if we don’t get enough we’ll die. Like a drug.

At some point Harry must have picked me up or something because now I’m in his lap. The hunger fades a little and we begin to kiss slower and more patiently, but with no intention of stopping.

I’m glad that Harry is holding me, because I figured that if I was standing up I would probably fall over, and not just from my broken ankle.

I close my eyes and let him kiss me, kiss me, kiss me. At some point he kisses my neck. Another time I find my fingers are tangled in his messy hair, and when I get them out they feel wet with blood. The one thing those doctors didn’t get us were showers.

Harry’s hands are on my stomach and we are standing up when it really sinks in. My legs are wrapped around his waist and he’s holding me again, after the break where were just sitting there kissing rather than standing.

The amazingness of it all hits me. How whenever he touches me, even lightly, a strange shiver runs up my spine and the darkness behind my eyelids spins and spins.

How all of my senses seem superhuman. Every taste, every touch, every sound, every smell.

How when his lips touch mine, it’s the kiss of life. It’s almost frightening how it feels like I’m being electrocuted as they meet.

How I just love how strong his arms feel under me.

How the warmth of his body seeps into me.

How I fit oh so perfectly in his arms.

How his hair tickles by shoulder.

How the whole time my mind is blank, with nothing but thoughts of Harry.

I kiss his cheek slowly and he begins to whisper, “I think...I think....oh never mind.”

We don’t talk after that, just kiss. It gets hungry again as we realize that we will have to stop eventually and then softer, softer, softer.

I don’t know long we would have gone on like that. We fall back to the ground when his arms get tired. I figured I could probably kiss Harry all day.

    “KAYLA!” Marisa screams.

I don’t try to hide my kissing him, but I do reluctantly stop and move my body so that I’m in a more comfortable position on Harry’s lap. “What?”

She opens and closes her mouth, and I realize Liam’s been awake too. “Nice dude!”

Harry smiles and kisses me once more before the truck door opens.

They take us to a small, underground dungeon that is very medieval. In fact, they put our hands in cuffs that are fixed on the wall. The skeleton in the corner kind of freaks me out.

“Are we going to rot here?” Kayla asks.

I can’t even look at her, so I turn at Liam. Better. Emmalina even gets little finger cuffs thats kind of funny. The kidnappers just closed the door without saying anything.

“Okay, we have to get out of here,” Harry says. He’s still grinning like crazy.

“There’s a window!” Liam says. It’s really tiny and high up, which is a problem.

“We can throw Marisa up!” Kayla squeals.

    “KAYLA!” I sigh.

“That’s a good idea,” Harry says, looking at Kayla. Okay, so that was a little cute.

“Um, what if she gets hurt?” Liam asks. I blush like crazy. He’s so sweet!

“Shhhh,” Kayla says, putting a finger to her lip. “She’ll be fine.”

“Are you sure?” I ask, worried.

“Totally.” Lies. “Now, we have to figure out how to get out of these cuffs.”

“I have a Swiss Army kit!” Harry says.

“Really? Seriously? Now you tell us that? NOW?” Kayla says. But she’s not being serious, of course.

“Sorry,” He says. He manages to get the thing out of his pocket and flips up a big knife. Then, he starts sawing at the cuffs. That goes on for probably...about...30 mins.

“Just forget it,” Liam says, depressingly.

“Wait!” Harry says. I can tell he’s getting frustrated. “I got it!”

Suddenly, the chain clinks and falls off his right wrist. He wiggles it and grins.

“This will take like 3 hours!” Kayla says. Suddenly, all of the cuffs fall off of our hands. I guess it was some kind of sensor that if one comes off, they all do.

    “Yeah!” We all yelled.

“No,” I whispered. “I’m going to die.”

“Oh, please.” Kayla lifts me onto her hands, and Harry helps hoist me up to the window. It’s a tiny little ledge, and I really think I’ll fall.

“How am I going to get out?” I call down.

“PUNCH IT!” Kayla says. “It works on my locker.”

Oh, Kayla. Luckily, Harry is smart and he tossed up the Army knife and I use one end to break the glass.

“Yes!” Kayla shouts. I stretch out of the window and look around. We are in the middle of a small town.

“Try to find rope or something!” Liam calls.

“Okay,” I say sweetly to him. Okay, I’ll admit it. Seeing Kayla make out with Harry kind of made me jealous.

I get so lucky to find a small rope on the side of a house. I tie it to a pole, drop it down the window, and Kayla grabs on. After a few minutes, she, Harry, and Liam manage to get up. Liam had some difficulty, but Kayla and Harry helped.

“Okay, let’s get out of here!” I say.
