chapter 50 - tangled

~Kenzie's POV~
my stepdad grabbed my arm and i stared shaking and then Johnny did something i wasn't expecting to happen.
J: leave her alone!
he jumped up and swung near my stepdad and kicked him in the face and my stepdad let go of my arm and held his nose which was bleeding and then he slowly fell back. i think he passed out. wow i didn't know Johnny would ever hurt anyone. especially my stepdad. i was broken out of my thoughts by his voice
J: hang on tight Kenzie
i nodded and slowly wrapped my arms around his waist again and held on tight to him
J: ready?
i nodded again and he grabbed onto the zip line and started swinging and i closed my eyes and held onto him tightly and then he stopped
J: we're here
i slowly opened my eyes and he climbed in his window and he held his hand out to help me and i just looked at him
J: it's okay Kenzie you can trust me. i won't hurt you
he held out his hand again and i shook my head
J: please Kenzie i just want to help you
i slowly held my hand out and grabbed his and he helped me inside and he tried unhooking both of us but we were tangled
J: sorry i haven't used my zip line in awhile
he tried turning around a bit and so did i which only made it worse and then he tried pulling away which only pulled him closer to me until our faces were inches apart. i was looking into his eyes and he was looking into mines and then...
what happened next?
(wow I've been so inactive sorry haha but I've decided to stay and keep writing my fan fics for you guys so expect like maybe a 6 chapters because I'm doing a chapter spam)
