i sighed and looked down at Kenzie and said softly into her ear
J: I'm sorry Kenzie i have to tell them. they deserve to know. please don't be mad
~Kenzie's POV~
i heard him say softly into my ear 'I'm sorry Kenzie i have to tell them. they deserve to know. please don't be mad' i was really scared of them finding out. why do more people have to know? hasn't enough happened already. oh no it's happening again.
J: you know what. nevermind it's nothing. i don't know why i said that
i smiled when i heard that. I'm glad he didn't tell them
~Johnny's POV~
i couldn't let Kenzie be mad at me. i couldn't tell them. at least not yet. when the time is right they'll know
M: okay if you say so
~Lauren's POV~
I'm not letting him slip away with that easily. something is going on and I'm going to figure it out
~Johnny's POV~
we were finally home. i slowly got out the car and then gently picked Kenzie up and carried her inside the house and i went to my room and laid her on my bed and i grabbed my songbook and guitar and i sat down next to her and started singing quietly and writing stuff in my book not wanting to wake Kenzie
~Kenzie's POV~
i still wasn't asleep. i was faking the whole time and i slightly opened my eyes and saw Johnny sitting next to me singing something and writing down stuff and i smiled. he has such a good voice. he sounds like an angel. his singing was so peaceful. i didn't even knew he sung. just then he stopped singing when his mom yelled his name
M: Johnny come downstairs now!
J: okay I'm coming!
naturally i would get scared at yelling but i trust Johnny so I'm not as scared anymore. Johnny put his book and guitar down and walked downstairs and i slowly got up and quietly followed him.
~Johnny's POV~
i walked downstairs and looked a little confused when i saw my mom talking to some lady and then held out her hand to me and i looked confused but i shook her hand
LA: hello I'm Janet, Mackenzie Ziegler's lawyer
J: oh it's very nice to meet you
M: uh Johnny why does Kenzie have a lawyer?
J: uh i...
~Kenzie's POV~
no no no. what's going to happen now. oh no it's happening again. I'm panicking and when i panic i shut down. i walked over to a corner in the room and they all looked at me and Johnny ran over to me and i curled up into a ball and closed my eyes.
J: Kenzie are you okay? stay calm please
M: what's going on?
L: yeah what's happening with Kenzie?
