she slowed leaned in and i leaned in as well and then our lips touched. i was absolutely sure it wasn't a dream this time. we were kissing and neither of us pulled away. she slowly wrapped her arms around my neck and i wrapped my arms around her waist as we were still kissing. this was amazing. i can't believe I'm kissing Mackenzie Ziegler. the most beautiful girl to ever exist. after a minute had passed we both slowly pulled away looking into each other's eyes
J: K-Kenzie..w-wow
she laughed a bit then smiled at me
K: was that a good birthday present?
i nodded quickly still speechless from the kiss. it was so amazing. i wasn't expecting that at all. especially from Kenzie
K: you okay?
she was looking at me worriedly
J:I'm fine Kenzie. just shocked. i wasn't expecting you to kiss me
K: i kinda wasn't expecting it either. i thought about it for awhile. wondering if it was the right choice to make and i think it was. you've helped me so much through everything and i feel like i can trust you more than anyone and that I'm safe and protected with you. look at me I'm talking and we're touching and I'm not even shaking or flinching. that's all thanks to you. i love you Johnny
i smiled at her. everything she said just made me so happy. she just said she loved me. i don't know what to say. i want to kiss her again but will that scare her off? i want to ask her to be my girlfriend but i don't know if she's ready for that
K: J-John? please say something
i broke out of my thoughts to only notice she was looking at me worriedly again and then she nervously bit her lip
J: i love you too Kenzie
i cupped her cheek and gently caressed it and she smiled and closed her eyes and i gently kissed her forehead then she slowly opened her eyes looking into mine again and i was looking into hers
K: John?
J: yeah?
K: i...
what will Kenzie say?
