Chapter 23 part 3

Demi POV

We make it too Austin two weeks after the awkward encounter with both Colton and Nathan. We land and go to the hotel. Colton's already at the hotel but I really don't want to see him. I plan on dropping Corey off with him and then going to my room on the other floor. I go to mine first to put my luggage away. Corey's jumping on the bed.

"I wanna see daddy." He says jumping.

"We will once you sit your butt down." He frowns and sits down. I finish putting the clothes away.

"Okay c'mon." I pick him up and we get to Colton's. I knock on the door and he opens it.

"Hey." He says. He takes Corey and I give Corey a kiss.

"I'll be back after auditions." He nods and Closes the door.

"Nice to see you too." I say walking away.

Auditions go by so freaking slow and then I go back to the hotel. I get to Colton's room and he opens the door letting me in.

"Where's Corey?"

"Sleeping." He says pointing to the bed.

"Okay. Wanna keep him for the night?" He nods. I look at him and he looks at me.

"Are we gonna talk."

"About what?" He asks.

"About the airport."

"Okay. Let's talk about how I spent the last couple months doing everything I can to make things right between us and you turn around and get a new boyfriend without even telling me."

"He's not my boyfriend."

"Do you kiss all your friends like that?" He says.

"Okay I'm sorry. I didn't realize I had to come to you about every little thing."

"You don't but it polite to tell me that you have a boyfriend when you know I'm trying to get back what we had."

"What we had is gone." I say.

"Really?" I nod. "Then kiss me."

"What?"

"Kiss me and tell me that you don't feel anything."

"Colton..."

"Kiss me." I walk to him, cup his face and give him a kiss. I pull back and stare at him. We stare at each other for ten seconds before I blink and step back.

"I didn't feel anything." I say crossing my arms. I'm about to say something when my phone rings.
