Chapter 85 part 1-3

Demi POV
That night Dallas drops the kids off. We check the alarms one more time and then go to bed. The next morning I wake up and get my bags into the car. Sugar is coming to pick me up and take me to the airport. I'm flying to baltimore and catching my tour bus there. After I get the bags in the car Colton gets the kids up. I hug and kiss all of them. "I'll see you guys in a couple weeks okay?" Their coming to my LA show but that's it. That's the last show of my tour so it'll be awhile until I see them but Colton can't get off work. "Don't go please." Kenzie says as I pick her up. "I have to baby girl. I'll call and video chat every night though. I promise." "No..." She says starting to cry. Last time I went on tour she was a baby so she didn't even realize I was gone. Now she's three and it's gonna be tough for her. I try to put her down but she won't loosen her grip. "Kenzie cmon baby girl I have to go." "Mommy no." She whines again. Colton gets her off and she starts to scream. I give him a quick kiss and kiss Kenzie's cheek before saying by to the boys and leaving. I get on Twitter on the ride there. "Saying bye to the kiddos before tour is always hard. Coming for you Baltimore!💕😘😍." THE NEXT DAY Today's my first show and I'm incredibly nervous but I always get nervous. It's okay. I forgot my management got me an entire new band to change my look and I haven't really met them yet so I decide to go to their tour bus. I walk in and meet them. The guitarist, Vince, the bass guitar Harry, the drummer Oliver and the Pianist Parker. I meet Parker last. "Hey." He says. "Hey." I say smiling back as he flashes a pure white smile. I talk with them for awhile and then realize I have to get ready. "Okay. I'll see you guys later. Good luck tonight." "Thanks. You too." They say. I leave. "Demi wait." I hear Parker say. I turn around. "Just wanted to say good luck and thanks for bringing me on tour. It's been fun already and it hasn't even started." He says joking around. I laugh. "Your welcome. I'll see you tonight. Good luck." "You too."

Demi POV
"Are you guys ready for Demi Lovato!" I hear The Vamps yell. Everyone screams. I smile, so excited. They run off and I hug the all. "Good job." I sing. They laugh. "Thanks. Break a leg." "Not literally." The one says knowing my history. I laugh. I get under the stage through the back and we pray one more time. "Good luck." Parker says. "Thanks." I say smiling. He smiles and walks away. He's got something going on with him... The band starts. The beginning to one of my new singles "From The Start" starts. It's a fast song and very energetic. I start to rise and sing... My Love Like a Star comes and I decide to do something I've never done. "How many of you guys have someone you miss right now?" Everyone screams. I quiet them. "Most of you guys know my little kiddos Corey, Makenzie, and CJ?" Everyone screams. "Well I've been gone for a day and it has been a little hard without them so tonight I want to dedicate this song to them. Mamma loves you guys." I say knowing they'll see it eventually. I start to sing and see all the lights out in the audience. I think about time and realize it's only six where they are. I turn around and motion for someone to bring me my phone. I call Colton over video chat and wait for it to appear. Colton answers and his eyes widen we he sees me singing. "Hang on." I see him mouth. "Hurry." I mouth to him during a break in the song. I wait and finally see all three kids along with him on the screen. I smile and show them the audience which makes the audience go crazy. "Say Hi!" I say. The audience screams. I finish and start to walk to the back of the stage. I blow a kiss in the phone before hanging up.

Demi POV
After the show I go backstage. I'm sweating so I decide to get a cold rag and sit it on the back of my neck. I do my after show meet and greet and then hang out with my whole crew backstage for awhile. I'm told the stage is cleaned up and it's almost time to leave so I go into my dressing room and start to get some of my stuff together. As I'm packing my hair stuff I get a call from Colton. I answer it. "Hey baby." I say. "Hey beautiful. I loved you phone call tonight." I giggle. "Yeah. Did the kids like it?" "Yeah. Kenzie finally calmed down. She started crying again afterwards. She really misses you... We all do." "I miss you guys too. Only a couple more months." I say sighing. I still have a little over two months of the tour until I see them. "I'll try to get off work for one or two but I don't know." "I know. That's okay." I hear my door open and see Parker walk in. I put my pointer finer up telling him to wait a minute. He nods. "Are the kids asleep?" "Yeah." "Okay... Well I gotta get going. I'm packing my stuff up now to leave. I'll call you tomorrow?" "Actually I have to be at work early so I'll call you when I'm off." "Okay. Love you." "Love you too. Great job tonight." "Thank you." I say. He hangs up and I hang up too. "Hey." I say sitting my phone down. "Hey. Just wanted to say good job." "Thanks. You too." "Your kids are adorable by the way." He says looking at my phone background as a message from Colton pops up saying "Forgot to say goodnight:). Love you." "Yeah." I say smiling at their picture. "Miss them?" "A lot. They can't come to any of the shows cause Colton has to work and can't get off. Plus Corey has school." "What grade?" "Second." "And your daughter?" "She's only three. She'll be in pre-k next year." I say. "Cute." He says. He helps me finish packing my stuff up. "Hey thanks for the help." I say zipping up the makeup bag. I turn around and feel lips attach to mine. I stare at Parker for a couple seconds before closing my eyes. What are you doing? Stop! Why can I not stop? I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss back. "Fuck." I say pushing him off. I wipe my mouth and he looks at me. "I...I..." He stutters. He looks at me, at the clock hanging on the wall and then leaves. I look at the clock. 11:12. We finished packing at 10:59... Thirteen minutes... What the hell did I just do?
