Chapter 93 part 1-3

Demi POV
"Love you." Corey says hugging me before leaving. That was easier than I thought. He took everything well and even made sure I was okay now. He's so cute. I hear the front door open. I forgot I wanted to ask Colton something. "Move." He says to the dogs as I walk in. I laugh. "Hey." He says giving me a kiss. "Hey. I have a question." I say. "What's that?" He asks picking CJ up out of his toy. "What was your tweet about yesterday?" "Nothing. I just did something that could possibly get me fired..." "What?" I ask. "A guy stole a toy from Toys R Us so that his daughter could have something to open Christmas morning. It's the holidays. I'm not gonna put him in jail... So I took it back to toy r us, payed for it along with a few more things for his daughter." "Aww." I say hugging him. "Just don't tell anyone. No one at work knows." I nod. I rub CJ's back. "Wanna make dinner?" I ask. "Sure." He says handing me CJ. I go into the play room to see Kenzie and Corey drawing on a big box. "Whatcha doing?" "We're making race cars." Corey says. "Can CJ join?" "Yeah." I sit CJ down and he tries to climb into the box. "Not yet CJ." Corey says. "I'll let you ride with me when there done." He says gently moving CJ away. I smile at them before walking into the kitchen. "Hey." I say hugging Colton from behind. I look over him on my tippy toes to see him making Mac and cheese. "Corey requested it." He says. I nod. I keep my arms around him while he cooks. Colton and I haven't made up on an intimate level. He says he has a "surprise" which I thought was a night to ourselves but that night hasn't come yet. Dinner gets done and we all eat. "Corey go get your shower please." He nods. He walks to the sink and gets on his tippy toes to put it in the sink. "Bye bud." Corey says as he walks out. "Do you want Kenz or CJ?" "I'll take CJ." He says. I nod. I pick up Kenzie and take her to the downstairs bathroom to start her bath. Corey is upstairs in the hall bathroom and Colton takes CJ to our bathroom.

Colton POV
"Is that too hot bub?" I ask as I pour the water on top of CJ's head blocking his eyes. Him flinching tells me it is. I turn it down a little bit and he's fine. I finish washing him and get him out. He stands on the floor dripping and shivering. "Okay. I'm back." I say forgetting his towel. I wrap it around him and pick him up. I sit him in the counter and he points to the tub. "Bath." I say. "Bath." He repeats. I smile. He repeats it a couple times. Whenever he learns a new word that's all he says until he learns a new one. I take him into his room and stand him in the crib, velcroing the towel together so it doesn't fall. "Hi dad." Corey says walking past. "Hey. I'll be in your room in a minute." "Okay." I get into his dresser and pick out his cars onesie. "Hi daddy." I hear, pronounced a little off. I turn around and look at CJ. "Hi CJ." I say. I close the dresser and get a diaper out of the bag hanging on the changing table. "Hi daddy." I laugh and turn around. "Hi CJ." I put it on the changing table along with baby powder. "Hi daddy." "Hi CJ." I say picking him up. I lay him on his changing table and take the towel off. "Hi daddy." He says as I zip his onesie up. "Hi CJ." I lay him down in his crib and hand him his bottle of milk that he sleeps with at night. "Hi daddy." "Hi CJ... Goodnight." I cover him up and walk out, leaving the door cracked. I laugh and get on my phone. "CJ knows how to say Bath and Hi Daddy now... Heard it about thirty times tonight... Moments I live for. #/ColtonJr." I put my phone on the charger in the kitchen, go in to say goodnight to Corey and Kenzie and then go into the room. Demi's in the bathroom so I lay on the bed and watch tv until she gets out.

Demi POV
I walk out in nothing but a towel. He looks at me and smiles. "What?" I ask. "Nothing." He watches me change. "May I help you?" I ask slipping a shirt on. "Not right now." He says. I shake my head. "Are you ever gonna tell me why you won't touch me in that way?" I ask. "Do you really wanna know?" "Yes!" I say. "I'm tired of us fighting, us not being faithful, breaking up for a month or two and then getting back together. This time we're doing it right... The day after Christmas were leaving. Just you and me. I'm not telling you where we're going though." "What about the kids?" "Well I'm extremely proud that they've taken this all better than I thought so I'm having your family take them to Disney World while we're gone." "My mom and dad already know?" "Yeah... They offered so that we could go away." I smile and get on top of him. "Well I'm beyond excited." I say kissing him. Then we hear the doorbell go off along with a cry from CJ's room. "I'll get CJ. You get the door." I say considering I have no idea who would be visiting us at this hour. He nods and goes downstairs while I go into CJ's room.
Colton POV
I go downstairs and turn the porch light on from the inside before opening the door. "Holy shit... Deacon..." I say looking at my brother standing on my front porch. "Hey." He says. I look at him for a few seconds and then snap out of it. "Come in." He walks in and we go sit down. He looks amazing. Last time I saw him he was in jail. That was a little over three years ago. "Sorry to show up out of no where." "No problem... Where have you been?" I ask. When I spoke to him last he was about to get out of jail. "I've been staying with Aunt Maggie." He says. "I've got a job though." "That's great..." I say. "I met Grace too. She's beautiful." "Yeah... How's Grace doing?" I ask. "Good. She told me to say hi when I came. She's the one who gave me your address." I nod. Then demi walks down with CJ. "Hi." She says. I stand up. Demi's never met my brother and Deacon has never met any of his nephews or niece so I guess now is a better time than never.
