The bell for the end of the last period of the day rang and I rushed to my car.

"Why are you in such a hurry?" Max asked.

"I gotta go see Cade." I told him and I proceeded.

I didn't even care mention to Ember the events that took place last night. I wasn't ready.

I got to the station and asked to see Cade.

They showed me to a room. There was a table and one chair on each end.

I sat down and waited for him to come. He came and upon seeing him I ran to him. He carried me and we shared a very long, passionate and fulfilling kiss.

"I miss you baby." I told him.

"I miss you too but what are you doing here? I'm toast Maia and you know it."

"Shhh, I got something up my sleeve and you'll be out of prison soon, trust me." I promised him.

A slight smile that screamed sadness flashed.

"It's alright Cade. I believe you. Whatever you did that night was just you standing up for me. And I love you for that." I reassured him even though I was aware that I had cheated on him the previous night.

After he put me down and we sat in the chairs we resumed our conversation.

"They're going to carry out an autopsy and find out what exactly killed him. When they do I promise you will be out of here Cade. My bed is so lonely without you." I said and I allowed my mind to think back to all the times we made love in passion and harmony.

Oh how I wish I could just rip his clothes off and ride on him for the rest of the day...

Anyways earth to my thoughts... He looked a little confused.

"But how do you know they'll do the autopsy?" He asked.

"Norman told me." I said feeling a little uneasy telling him about Norman.

"Norman? Argh that guy rubs me the wrong way. I don't like him and I like Walker even less. But whatever you do please keep your distance from Norman, I just don't think he has innocent intentions with you." Cade spoke.

I galloped and it felt like my heart had just skipped a beat. Cade was right. He had already figured it out.

After some time, I had to leave Cade and when I saw Norman coming my way, I made sure to avoid him.

When I got into my car, I recognised my father. He drove past my car and I was sure he didn't notice me... hmm I guess its time to turn the tables.

Today it's my turn to do the following.

I followed my father's car all the way into the outskirts of the small city. He got inside a gate and finally parked his car at a place with a medium sized bungalow. He got out of his car and since I was a bit behind he didn't see me.

He got inside the bungalow and i followed after him. He removed his infamous shades and held them in his hand.

"Father?" I called.

He turned, upon facing me, the shades slipped from the tips of his fingers and they shattered as they hit the ground...
