"I like your dress, girl. You look so feminine." pamumuri ni Nich sa aking shift dress that's in classic rose color.
"Maganda din yang suot mo. Lalo yung shoes"
"I know. But wait, do you know what Alexis would be wearing? I have not been in any communication with him." tanong sa akin ni Nich.
I just shrugged then said "Ewan ko din eh. Hindi ko nga rin napagkakausap yung baklang yun."
Yes. Hindi pa namin nakakausap si Alexis, and that worries us more. Lalo pa at ganun yung kinilos nya nung Friday.
You see, we are guessing na may nangyari sa pag-uusap nina Derrick at Alexis last week. Late kasing pumasok for our first afternoon class si Alexis. Pagagalitan nga sana siya kung hindi lang nagtaka sa hitsura at kinikilos niya si Ma'am.
He was walking way slower than a sloth as he hangs weakly his arms. He looked soulless at that time, parang andito yung katawan niya but wala ang kaluluwa niya. It alarmed all of us actually, first time naming lahat makita siyang ganyan.
He walked his way back to his seat. Lahat kami nakatingin habang mabagal niyang tinatahak yung daan. And as he sat down, he stared lifelessly on the board then onto his desk. He had bloodshot eyes, he looked liked he cried. At first, we didn't knew why. No one knew why.
Naalala ko lang na kinausap nga pala ni Alexis si Derrick kinagabihan. Agad ko yung sinabi kay Nich kaya pumunta siya sa bahay agad. Tinawagan namin yung bahay ni Gene pagdating ni Nich, pero kanina pa raw tulog yung kapatid niya sabi ni Justine.
Right then on, hindi na nawala sa isip namin ni Nich na maaaring may nangyari nga sa pag-uusap nilang dalawa. We just don't know what that is.
The bell rang. Wala pa si Alexis, will he be absent?
Just when I thought na hindi na papasok si Alexis, someone knocked. And lahat ng tao sa room nagulat sa kung sino yung pumasok.
It was Alexis, a newer and better looking Alexis. Humaba yung buhok nya upto chin level while he kept his bangs, everything is in ice blonde hairdye. He is also wearing a beau blue cropped top with a complimenting color for his palazzo pants. And take note, he was wearing high heels and make up.
Everyone in the room was so shocked, even Nich and I. Kahit kasi bestfriends kami ni Alexis, we never saw him like how we see him right now. Actually, we never saw him wear women's clothes at all. He is so different.
"So, I'll see you later huh? Take care, princess." pamamaalam sa kanya ni Kuya Cy sabay halik sa pisngi. That again, is another shocker.
"I apologize for being late, Ma'am, we got caught up in traffic. Don't worry Ma'am, hindi na po mauulit." sabi ni Alexis.
Halatang gulat pa rin si Ma'am sa transformation ni Alexis. Wala kasi siyang ibang nagawa kundi tumango na lamang eh.
