Chapter 26: First night

Fifteen minutes into our drive to who knows where, I made Ming turn back.

To say I was surprised that he listened to me was an understatement.

"Everything alright babe?" He asked.

Not really I just found out that Nai's related to Beam, and it feels like I'll never get rid of him.

Was what I wanted to tell him but decided against it.

I didn't want to bring his name up, and upset Ming.

So I thought of the best lie.

"Totally fine, except I keep thinking of what punishment the seniors are going to give us. I'm never trusting Beam's ideas again."

The last part wasn't a lie. I had already made a mental note to myself to not agree with what he wanted to do ever again.

He chuckled at that, Yo joining in with him.

"What if they don't let you come on the hike with us?" Yo asked worriedly.

I chuckled at him, "that my sweet nong would be the best punishment ever!"

He looked at me with a puzzled look.

"None of us wanted to go on the hike to begin with." I explained to him.

"Then why did all of you come to the trip P?" He asked, clearly confused.

"That's easy," I laughed, "Pha made us go."

"I thought you said none of you wanted to go. Including P'Pha."

"That's right he didn't want to go."

"Then why did he come?"

"Because you were going."

He blushed at that, sighing. "Pha should I have just told me! I wouldn't have gone otherwise, stupid P'Pha." He then looked at me, "I'm sorry P, because of me you had to come on this trip you didn't want to go on."

"That's alright Yo," I laughed, turning behind me to mess his hair up gently, "plus, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have got this great blackmail material."

I showed him the video I took of Beam drunkenly singing to a BTS song.

"Damn I wish I was there to witness that in person P," Yo laughed, handing me back my phone.

"But then you would have froze your ass off." I mumbled, Yo nodded in agreement.

"It was so cold outside P." He agreed.

It was silent in the car for a few minutes before Ming pulled up in the resort's parking lot, and the three of us piled out the car.

"What took you so long?" Forth asked, "you guys left before us and you still reached ten minutes after us."

"I'm sorry P," I apologised.

"I just thought we could go for a driv-" I elbowed Ming before he could finish. He would definitely get into trouble and I didn't want that for him, no matter how annoying of a boyfriend he was.

"I put Beam in my room to sleep for the night already," Forth said when he realised me looking around for him.

"Yo's sleeping with us then Kit." Pha said, grasping his boyfriend's hand before he could even say anything.

"But Ming can't just sleep on his own-" yo protested.

"Don't you worry Wayo," Ming laughed, "you have fun with your boyfriend, but not too much of fun." He wiggles his eyebrows suggestively.
