I knocked, well banged, my fist on Ming's door loudly.

"Open the door you bastard!" I shouted, giving his door a kick. "Open the hell up!"

"Give me a minute." I heard a quite shout from the other side.

"No you open the damned door right this minute or I'll break it down."

I didn't get a reply for a brief few seconds, so I brought my fist up to his door again. Just as I was about to give it another punch, it opened.

I was greeted by my shirtless boyfriend, with a towel around his waist, body dripping with water and hair damp and messy covering his forehead.

I flushed, taking a step away from the door frame.

Once I regained myself, I glared. "You could have at least put a shirt on before opening the door. Someone could see."

"How could I?" He smiled dashingly, "I didn't want you to break my door down now do I?"

"You're insufferable."

"Your words not mine. Besides, nothing you haven't seen before." He said, stepping aside to let me in. However I stood my ground, not budging from my place. I cleared my throat, my eyes widening a little.

So Ming sighed, grabbing me by the waist and pulling me towards his hard body. I gasped, trying to make him let me go.

"Stop it," I hissed, when he nosed my cheek, giving it a little peck.

"Any reason you're here P?" He chuckled, eventually letting go and closing the door behind me.

"It's our anniversary." I said, getting straight to the point.

"I know," he answered. He then walked behind me, and over to his bed. Picking up a towel that laid on it, he dried his hair.

"You know?" I looked at him pointedly, "then why didn't you wish me back?"

He sighed then, letting go of the towel so it hung around his shoulders. Ming walked over to me, a spark in his eyes that made me fall in love, even though I was fuming.

"I wanted to." He said, taking my hands and putting it around his neck.

"Ming," I huffed.

"But I also wanted to surprise you."

"With what?"

"With a fancy dinner at your place. I know how much you like dates to be going for a meal and then relaxing."

"I don't see any fancy dinner." I huffed, pushing him away, and turning my back on him. "If this is an excuse because you forgot I under-"

"That's because I set it all up at your place."

I ignored him and carried on, "or if you want to break up with me, tell it to me straight. You know how much I don't like beating around the bush-"

"I definitely don't want to break up with you Kit." He said. And in an instant he had turned me back around, and was kissing me. It was that moment where I took in his words.

He wanted to surprise me? What else did I expect honestly?

He pulled away, leaving me slightly breathless. "I thought you'd go straight to your room and I could meet you there and surprise you. But it looks like you surprised me instead." He chuckled.

"Why did you think I'd go to my room and not yours?"

"Because I thought you'd be pissed off and wouldn't want to see my face ever again."
