Ch 30: I Island - Gathering

***Short disclaimer:  I will be doing the movie sequence. Obviously some details will change as I add my own characters and spin on things. Also things won't be exactly the same because im doing this pretty much all from memory. Having seen it in theaters and not being able to find it anywhere online. 

So if you don't want spoilers you may not wish to read it. though it wont be exactly like the movie.

Valkyr was excited and nervous as they got off the plane. She stayed very close to Bakugou and Kirishima as they walked through the crowds of people.  She was in awe of everything around them. They were led into the hotel room and she immediately went to the balcony. She felt a bit better away form so many people. "This place is amazing!" she said.  Both boys smiled over at her. Bakugou walked over. 

"Yea it's alright. We should change into our hero costumes and explore." Bakugou grinned. Valkyr smiled and nodded. She grabbed her bag and went into the bathroom. She slipped into her outfit but paused as she looked in the mirror. Her hand traced the burned scar handprint in the middle of chest. She would never be rid of it. She shivered remembering that week. She finished getting dressed.  She had a bit more chainmail on her chest to conceal the hand print. She hadn't let anyone beyond the doctor see it. She looked at herself once more in the mirror and took a deep breath. She nodded to herself and walked out to the boys. 

" Ready to go?" Valkyr asked super excited.  The boys nodded and walked out with her. She walked in between them holding their hands. She felt a bit safer with both of them here. After the week being a prisoner again she seemed to go back to being a bit scared at times. She had hated that feeling of being caged again. She shook her head to put that behind her for now. She dragged them around looking at all the different sites and sights to see. 

Soon they found this competition thing and Bakugou had to do it. So the three of them signed up for it. There was an arena with multiple robots in the area. The goal was to be the quickest to destroy all the robots.  Kirishima got called up first. "Go Eiji!" Valkyr yelled from the sideline. She smiled as he gave her a thumbup. The countdown started and then the go. He ran around and took out all the robots, kicking up a lot of dust. Once the last one was destroyed an alarm went off. 

"Red Riot managed to do it 16 seconds. That's one hell of a record ladies and gentleman!" The announcer lady said.  

"My turn," Bakugou said going down there. Kirishima came up to stand next to her while Bakugou went. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted some familiar people. She looked and noticed Izuku, Uraraka, Jiro, Yaoyorozu, and Iida. Also some blonde girl was with them. She was about to say something to Kirishima when she heard the go signal. She snapped her head forward to watch Bakugou.

"Go Katsuki!" She yelled as he destroyed all of them. 

"Valkyr?" She heard Izuku's voice. 

"Oh wow, Ladies and gentleman. Bakugou did it in 13 seconds." The announcer said. She watched Bakugou turn around to look into the stands when he noticed Izuku. 

"What the fuck are you doing her Deku?!" Bakugou yelled. 

"Oh I uh....got invited here." Midoriya stumbled out. Valkyr chuckled. She ran over and hugged him. 

"Hey Izu," Valkyr said. She felt him hug her back. 

"I thought I heard your voice Val," Midoriya said. 

"Get your fucking hands off her Deku," Bakugou growled as he jumped up and held onto the railing. Midoriya quickly jumped back from her not wanting to anger him more. Next thing Valkyr knew Midoriya was doing the challenge. She watched him go into his 'full cowl' mode and blast around the arena.
