Ch 6: USJ

     They were on the bus heading somewhere to have their next training. Shouta called it rescue training. She was currently wearing her hero costume but without the helmet and no wings or tail. She of course sat next to Katsuki as they rode the bus. She heard the group in front of them talking about quirks. She heard Kirishima mention her and Katsuki.

"If we're talking the double whammy of flashy and strong." Kirishima said. "You can't not mention, Todoroki, Bakugou, and Valkyr."

"Bakugou's always fuming, so he won't be very popular." Frog girl, or Tsuyu as Valkyr learned her name was, said. 

"You Bitch!! I'll be popular too!." Katsuki screamed beside her. He was standing up in his seat growling. 

"Katsuki calm down." Valkyr said softly beside him. 

"It's only been a brief while since we met and yet we already know your personality really sucks," Denki said. 

"What the fuck did you say?! I'll fucking kill you!!" Katsuki screamed. 

"Damn Bakugou, you are one foul mouthed dude," Kirishima chuckled. Valkyr was getting fed up with this. She grabbed a fist full of the back of Katsuki's shirt and pulled him down into his seat. 

"All of you need to shut up and leave him alone." Valkyr said sternly. "Katsuki is a great guy. Just because none of you have known him long enough to see it doesn't give you the right to put him down like that. Or rile him up just to laugh at him." 

"Looks like Bakugou had to be rescued by a girl," the belly button laser guy said. 

"No more like I rescued you." Valkyr said overly sweet as she looked at the boy. "Because the only thing keeping my dear friend Katsuki from barbecuing you right now is me in his way." Normally she was shy and stuttered but teasing Katsuki just for giggles was something she would not stand for. 

"We're almost there. Settle down already." Shouta called from the front. 

"Yes Sir." The class said together. Soon they arrived and met another prohero, but someone she hadn't met. Space hero No. 13. He began explaining about the place they were at, the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, or USJ. He also spoke about being careful with your quirk. That quirks were useful and could definitely be used to help people, but at the same time could be used to kill people as well. Valkyr looked down at her hands. She could definitely kill people if she implemented her true training and used it on others. As 13 finished talking something began to happen down below.  Valkyr peaked down and saw people beginning to spill out of some black portal. They were villains. Valkyr began to shake and quiver. She recognized that power. He was someone her father knew. She pushed up against Katsuki and held his hand. 

"13 protect the students!" Shouta yelled. "Get them out of here!" He yelled some instructions before jumping down the stairs. 

"Shouta! No!" Valkyr asked and ran forward but a strong grip on her hand held her back. She knew it had to be Katsuki. She watched as Shouta began fighting the villains. She knew he would only be able to take on such a large group for so long. She was pulled back as they all began to run for the door. A large black mass appeared before them, stopping them in their tracks. It compressed down to a humanly shape and began to speak. 

"I'm afraid I cannot allow you to leave." The shadow spoke. Valkyr hid behind Katsuki and was shaking horribly. "Greetings. We are the Villain Alliance. I apologize for the presumption but we took it upon ourselves to enter here, the base of heroes. We wish to engage with Mr. All Might, the symbol of peace. We were wondering if we might be allowed the opportunity to extinguish him, you see? But I do see him here. Perchance, have things been altered? Setting that aside, this is my role." Katsuki pulled away from her and both Kirishima and him attacked the shadow man.
