New Years Eve
Okay so it wasn't the last time I saw George. But things weren't really the same between us the rest of the week. I was still really hurt by what he said. He's just a kid. He doesn't know what John says to me in private. He doesn't even understand what it's like to be in a relationship with someone.
There was going to be a big get together at Paul's house while his parents were off on vacation. We were all invited to come. I was getting dressed that evening when I heard a knock on the door. I ran downstairs and opened it.
"There's my girl." John smiled leaning in, kissing me roughly. I giggled and pulled back.
"Whoa easy John. We don't celebrate until later tonight remember?" I smiled.
"Come on, it's the last day of the year and I just want to celebrate it with the best thing that's ever happened to me this year."
I blushed and pecked his lips. "Oh John stop it."
"Nah I mean it. Look, Cyn's off out with family, so it'll just be you and me for the night." He said kissing my neck. I bit my lip, shutting my eyes.
"Mmm you make it hard to resist you Lennon."
"Then don't." He whispered shutting the door behind him and pushing me back on the couch. I sat up smiling.
"Were supposed to be at paul's in twenty minutes John."
"They can wait. If I can't 'av a shag with my girl on the last day of fifty seven, nobody can." He smirked straddling me and kissing my neck. I tangled my fingers in his hair.
"Wouldn't want to deprive all those guys with swollen cocks now would we?" I giggled as he laughed.
"Exactly."
...
It was nine fifteen as we arrived at the party. A lot of people turned up which was nice. Paul pulled John aside in the kitchen to talk to him while I stayed in the living room. I noticed George in a corner across the room by himself. I sighed and walked over to him.
"Hey." I said tapping him on the shoulder.
"L..Lucy.." He stuttered getting up and bumping into me, making me spill my drink on my dress.
"Ooh!" I gasped as he looked shocked.
"I'm so so sorry! I didn't meant to!"
I laughed a little. "George it's fine it's just a little.."
"I'll get a towel." He said running out of the room. I bit my lip and sat down, waiting for him to return. He came back, kneeling down and wiping my dress.
"No you pat it George."
"What?"
"Like this." I said taking his hand and showing him how to do it. He nodded and began patting. I looked around as everyone went on about their own buisiness.
"Lucy I'm sorry I ruined your dress when you were about to apologize."
"It's fine George it wasn't my best dress and...wait. What makes you think I came over to apologize?"
"Well, why did ye come over to me then?"
I sighed. "To apologize. But also to tell you not to worry about what goes on in mine and John's relationship. It's none of your buisiness George."
"I know it's not but..."
"I can take care of myself." I whispered. He stopped and looked up at me. "I'll be okay." I gave him a small smile and placed my hand on the side of his face. He nodded.
