----- Jemma's Point of View---

I laid in my bed, restless to fall back asleep. I sighed as I draped an arm over my eyes, annoyed that the sun had to shine through.

I felt my legs tangling in the sheets as I tried at all costs to escape the blinding light. I officially gave up the moment a small figure jumped on my bed.

"Jemma! You promised you'd take me to my first karate lesson!" Noel whined in my ear. I groaned as I sat up, noticing my mother leaning in the doorway, a smile on her face. I whipped my face in a poor attempt to present myself as awake.

"I'm awake, are you ready?" I asked as I opened my eyes, staring at the small blonde boy already dressed in his cute little uniform. I had to stifle a laugh.

"Yes! I brushed my teeth and had cereal already like mom told me to! Can we go now?" He was so excited that it actually made me excited. I smiled as I swung my legs off the bed and grabbed a towel.

"What are you doing?! There's no time for that now." I raised my eyebrow at him as he took my towel away.

"You're nuts if you think I'm going anywhere without a shower." I giggled as I pulled the towel back from him.

"But, it's already 9! It starts at 45." He moped as he left the room. I looked at my mom and smiled.

"He's just overly excited is that's all." She mused. I laughed as I heard him yell. 'She takes years in the shower!'

"I can see that. I'm glad you let him join finally. Tell him I'll be out in like 15 minutes." I asked as I went into the hallway.

Before I knew it, I was being glared at by the small boy the second I exited the shower.

"Come onnnnn! It's already 9:08!" I grew annoyed as he blocked my room entrance.

"Noel, if you don't move, then I'll take twice as long." He yelped as I pinched his cheek.

Before he knew it though we were jumping into my small car and heading on over. "So, do you know what you'll be doing first?" I asked him. He fidgeted in his seat as he played with his hands.

"No... I have no idea. I'm scared Jem, what if they don't like me?" Isn't it just like a kid to be scared over something like that?

"Awe, don't be scared about that. I'm sure the other kid's will like you just as much as everyone else.

And hey, you might even know some from school." I smiled at him as we pulled into the parking lot.
He beamed a smile up at me as he immediately jumped out. I shook my head as I unbuckled my seatbelt and locked the car after me, following him inside. The place was empty. I looked at my cell phone and sighed as I noticed the time, 9:30.

"Classes doesn't start till around 45." A young masculine voice called out to us. Noel was busy running around and looking at everything on the walls. I turned him and smiled at the guy.

"I know, he was just really excited and wanted to get here early." I explained as I walked over to introduce myself. "I'm Jemma, Noel's older sister." I extended my hand to him. He smiled warmly, his hair lying lazily over his face.

"Ah, Noel. I remember ordering his uniform. I'm the assistant, helping the younger kids get the basics down so they can move up in the belts; my name is Jam." He shook my hand kindly.
We talked for a few minutes until the room started to fill up with more young kids.
We said our goodbyes as I was told to wait in the observation area. The instructor was about to begin his first lesson when someone had joined in the last minute.

"Sorry! My sister was driving so slow!" A familiar young voice said to my right. As I turned my head I noticed a familiar blonde hair boy bouncing in to his spot on the floor. The instructor scolded him but was once again interrupted.

"Jade!"I heard Noel's squeal out. Jade turned and roared as they ran across the floor to stand next to one another.

"Simmer Down!" The man ordered as he began the lesson.
