—Jemma POV——
I know... and thank you so much for clearing that up for me.
I guess... I'm more scared that if I do really like her... that she won't like me on the same level or if she did like me.
Because, I know she... well sleeps around with other people."
Daney rolled her eyes and smiled at that Wish I could do the same... but I know that somewhere inside of me, I was jealous and bothered by it.
"Well, that's up to you. I think you should tell her you like her if you actually do like her." She said as she stood up and stretched. "This was a nice random ass confessing conversation."
We both shared an awkward laugh. "I'm going to go make sure mama got plenty of sleep and make sure she actually gets her ass in the car to go with us. Plus I need to finish packing. When you're done, you'll go and get Noel ready also right?" I nodded as I finished grabbing my jeans off the hangers to place in my few suitcases.
It felt like days to pack everything, making sure to go over my checklist three or four times before I decided Noel needed to get up and get his things ready.
As I walked into his room, I couldn't help but smile a huge smile as I saw he went to sleep in his outfit for today. 'What a little dork he is...' I shook him awake and was impressed to see him fully alert already.
"Is it time to go yet, Jemie?" He yawned as he rubbed at his eyes. I gave him a warm smile as I sat on his bed, patting his shoe.
"Not yet, bud. We still need to..." I looked over to see his suitcases already packed to go. I scratched my chin as my brows connected. "When did you do this?" I asked as I stood up and opened them, thinking it was too good to be true.
"I did it last night, is it good Jemie?" He asked cutely. I turned to him and smiled. When I opened the suitcase though, I couldn't help but laugh. He had packed alright, but only toys, stuffed animals, and socks.
"Ok, how about... we add some clothes for you to wear as well? We'll get you another suitcase to use, ok?" He nodded a toothless smile.
We spent probably a good half hour deciding what he wanted to bring. I tried explaining to him how he couldn't bring more underwear than 20 pairs because then he wouldn't have room for his actual shorts.
He was so tired that he kept asking me if socks could be used as gloves. What a goofy kid...

As the time rolled near to where Jedean's family said they'd pick us up, I was nervous. My mom was waiting outside, biting her nails in extreme discomfort. I took a seat next to her and grabbed her hand.
"You alright?" I asked. She looked over to me and gave me a small smile.
"I'm just... I don't know. I feel bad that I'm actually taking them up on their offer. Maybe I should just stay---
"I don't think so. We invited you for a reason and you're coming even if Nathan and I have to drag you off in a straight jacket and tie you to the roof of our car." We looked over to see Jedean's mom walking up our driveway to our front porch.
I smiled as I noticed Jedean leaning against the hood of her car, sunglasses on, and one ear bud in her ear. 'Typical lazy Jedean...'
"How did we not hear you two pull up?" My mom asked in bewilderment. Emily smiled as she moved her hair out of her face.
"We're stealthy hhhm?" We laughed at her silly attempt to be... well I don't know. "Are you ready to go? We have plenty of room in the back of our Tahoe.
Jedean, can you help us load?" She asked as she turned to look at Jedean.
Jedean pushed up her sunglasses and walked over to us, taking out her ear bud and placing it on the collar of her shirt. I swallowed the lump in my throat as she walked up to me gave me a quick, lazy hug, pulling bag with a genuine smile. I gave her one in return, grabbing a suitcase and heading to the back of their car. I waved to her dad, who was busy helping Noel get buckled into Jedean's car.
"How are you?" Jedean asked as she organized the luggage in the back of her parent's huge ship of a car. I gave her a quick look before smiling to myself.
"I'm alright, what about you? You look really tired..." She scoffed as she lugged up another suitcase from the ground to fit in.
"I'm just really tired is all? Didn't uh... sleep last night at all." She gave me a sleepy smile as we pulled up more luggage.
"I didn't sleep either." She looked over her shoulder, a quizzical look on her face.
"Why? Do you need help..." She was about to ask if I needed help pulling up a huge one, when I did it with ease. I was stronger than I looked. She had a smug grin on her face as she took it from me to stack.
"I don't know... I had a lot on my mind. I had a... very interesting conversation with my sister though." I whispered to her as I noticed our moms coming over with the last of the suitcases.
"About what?" She asked curiously. I bit my lip as we climbed out the back and closed it.
"Uh... I'll tell you later when we're by ourselves." I offered as I noticed Daney was staring at us with a questioning look.
Jedean just shrugged her shoulders and walked around to let our parents know we were ready.
