Didn't expect I'd see you here." A mellow voice came next to me. I turned and smiled as I noticed Jedean sitting lazily next to me.
I made note of what she was wearing, a pair of track pants and a tight black tank top, her layered hair in a loose hair-tie.

"Likewise."

"Is he just starting?" She asked. I passed her a side glance and smiled.

"Yeah. It's been a while, how are you?" I asked as I turned to face her. She yawned, not bothering to cover her mouth. I smiled at that for some reason. She rolled her head to look at me.

"I'm alright, just really tired. Was out late last night with some friends." She shared as she whipped at her eyes.

"Ah, that makes sense then." I added in as I watched that Jam fellow explain rules to Noel. "Do you always take Jade to his training?" I asked randomly. She cracked an eye at me and nodded.

"Yeah, sometimes. Most the time my mom takes him, but she's been so busy lately." She sat up properly as another parent scolded her rude posture.

She just scoffed, I laughed. I was about to say something when the assistant came over to take a seat next to me.

"Hey, Jedean." He said as he brushed his hair back. She acknowledged him with a grunt as she crossed

"What do you want?"

"I just came over to tell Jemma her brother is doing fairly well for beginner. No need to be hostile." She grunted once again. I looked at him and noticed a heavy sigh.

"Well you told her so you can leave now." She said, a 'shoo' motion of her wrist. He sighed again and smiled at me as he left to check on the other kids.

"Why were you so rude to him?" I asked, curious now. She rolled her eyes as she looked at me.

"Because, he's my ex." Ah, now it dawned on me. I looked elsewhere as I fidgeted in my seat.

"Oh..." Was all I seemed to get out, she chuckled.

"Yeah, but that was like a year or so ago. Anyway that was rather off topic and I don't really want to talk about him." She said as she moved in her chair again. I turned to her with a mocked expression.

"Ok, well, what do you want to talk about?" I asked as I watched Jade teach Noel something. 'Well, at least he has a friend to look forward to.'

"Want to go get some Starbuck's?" She asked as she stood up, cracking her back.

"That tired?"

"Yep, come on." She said as she walked out. I waved to Noel and Jade and followed after her.

"So, how long has Jade been coming here?" I asked as we waited in line. She placed her hands in her pocket and yawned again.

"Uh, about 5 months or so, I don't really remember. He goes every 4 days." She explained.

We ordered our coffee's and took a seat on one of the outside tables. I leaned back in the chair as I sipped on my coffee. "So your name is Jemma?" I looked over to her and smiled.

"Yeah, is it that odd?" I asked as I watched her expression. I placed my coffee on the table next to hers. She looked up at me and shrugged her shoulders.

"Nah, I like it actually. I've just never met anyone with that name I suppose. I'm sorry If I'm rather boring right now.

I'm a morning person, really, but we had practice for 3 hours yesterday then I went out partying with some close friends of mine. Give me half an hour." She smiled over to me.

"Do you want some of mine? It's got two extra shots." I offered. She piped up as I handed over the warm liquid. I felt a shiver run up my spine as my fingers grazed hers slightly. 'Uh... that was strange.' I watched her expression. Ok... still weird. Maybe it's just cold out here. Yeah no... it's 80 degrees, there's no way I'm cold... Then what was it?

"Are you ok? You look like you've missed the winning goal." She waved a hand in front of my face. I smiled as took my coffee back.

"I'm fine, just my mind is thinking too much." I wasn't exactly lying.

"Oh, want to talk about?" She asked as she leaned back lazily into the chair, leaning her head back with her eyes shut. I felt a smile ease onto my face as I watched her.

"Nothing really to talk about." I shrugged my shoulders. "So, you dated Jam?" I heard her groan in annoyance as she whipped her hands over her face.

"Sadly, yes." She looked at me then eyed my coffee. I rolled my eyes as I scooted it closer to her.

"Why do you have such hatred for him? He seemed fairly nice." She scoffed, I smiled.

"We dated for like... I don't know 2 months? He was just really clingy and all over me. I love my space, like a lot. I even hate hanging around my friends too long." She told me. I raised my eyebrows.

"So, basically never ask you to hang out?" I laughed as I grabbed my coffee back. Her face scrunched up slightly.

"No! I like hanging out, just gah never mind." She laughed. I rolled my eyes playfully.

"That's just odd to hear coming from a pretty sporty girl like you." I checked my cell phone for the time. I caught her eyes on me. "What?"

"Isn't that a bit stereotypical of you to say? I mean for all you know I could be a metal head, Satan worshipping, Goth person." I laughed in hysterics, she smiled. I leaned back in my chair as I looked at her.
