I had nothing to do with this plan though, honestly. I'm learning about it the same time as you..."
I looked at everyone at the table then. Emily had a smile on her face as she talked about the plans with my mom.
Jade and Noel were excited to spend spring break together. Daney was listening to what Nathan was saying. And Jedean... was gone. I looked around and watched as her body turned the corner, out of the kitchen. I bit my lip as I stood up to follow her. Once I reached the hallway I saw her leaned up against the wall, her jaw clenched.
"Are you alright?" I asked, standing in front of her. She opened her eyes and sighed.
"I really hate when they tell people my personal plans, ones that I haven't decided on yet myself... but yeah I'm fine. Are you?" She asked as she titled her head towards me, showing she was listening.
I leaned on the opposite wall as I ran a hand down my neck, covering the kiss mark she gave me. A blush flooded my face.
"Uh... yeah I'm alright. Did you know your parents were planning this trip for my family?" I asked her, curiously.
"No actually. I didn't think they'd even consider that. I think it's a good idea though, by what you tell me, your mom sounds like she could get away for a while.
Do you think she'll take the offer?" She asked me as she moved off her side and went to mine. I closed my eyes in anticipation of what I knew was going to happen"Most likely not, being the stubborn woman that she is." I sighed. I felt her hands on my waist as she moved in front of me. I opened my eyes to see crystal blue ones staring back at me.
"You know..." I started as I pulled my hand away from my neck, turning to show her. "You gave me a pretty nasty marks last night..." I said, she tilted her head down slightly to examine it.
"Sorry, I guess I forgot." She gave me a childish smile, "Got caught up in the moment..." She said as she leaned down to kiss it. My eyes fluttered shut as I focused on how soft her lips were against my skin.
"Jedean..." I moaned out, her fingers digging into my hips gently but firmly. I rolled my neck, exposing my skin for her. Her teeth were grazing against my collarbone, making me weak in the knees. I wrapped my hands around midsection, holding her into me as my fingers dug into her hair. I felt my world come unglued when someone cleared their throat.
I immediately shoved Jedean away as I turned red instantly. "Daney... I can explain..." Daney's red hair came into the lighting as she had her arms crossed. Jedean stood there with her hands behind her head, a nonchalant look on her face.
"Mind explaining then? Because I'm not stupid. I know what I saw, so explain why you were doing that?" She asked as she walked closer to us. I looked at Jedean who was looking elsewhere. 'Wonderful...'
"Please... don't tell mom? I just... uh..." I couldn't really think of something to say. Daney gave me a stern look, glancing at Jedean too, before she smiled and patted my head.
"Its fine, Jemma. I kinda always figured you were gay anyway." I heard Jedean laughing next to me as I glared at her.
"Wait... what? No! I'm not lesbian Daney..." I mused my hair in frustration. I looked at Jedean for support, she just had a smug grin on her lips.
"It's alright, really it is. I won't tell mom till you're ready." She said as she walked away, shaking her head and giggling. I looked over to Jedean who had a smile on her face.
"So... Now that you're lesbian... I was wondering..."
"Shut up." I said as I pushed her away and walked back into the kitchen.
