"About?" I asked as I threw the animal back at her. She of course caught it and tossed it back.
"Me."
"What? Are you like narcissistic?" I joked as I threw it back at her harder, succeeding in hitting her with it. I smiled as she rolled her eyes at me, letting the stuffed animal fall to the floor as she sat up and walked over to me, sitting next to me.
"No, I'm not. In fact I rather hate talking about myself." She said as she brought her legs up to rest her head on. "I'm just interested in what you have to say I guess."
"Why is that?" I asked as I leaned back against the window, looking at her. She had a smile on her face as she looked downwards.
"I'm not sure, so will you tell me?"
"Uhm..." I bit my lip as I felt her leg brush against my mine. "By what I can tell... you hide what your feelings are most of the time. You say you like to be left alone, but really you don't because you just haven't met the right type of person to be around.
You take your anger out on Soccer. Do you want me to continue?" I asked as I finally looked over to her. She was leaned back against the wall now.
"How can you read all of that by only knowing me for a total of like...5 hours?" She asked as she glared at me. I felt rather uneasy now.
"Er... well. I don't really know. Am I right?"
All she did was scoff as she looked out the window with an angry expression.
"Why is that so bad if I was right?"
"Because, you don't know me. Like, you don't really know me. So I guess it bothers me."
"Why? Because I don't know you for like 5 years? Do your friends even realize that much about you?"
She turned her head to me with an angry glare. I backed up slightly as she moved closer to me. She was now too close for comfort as she looked me in the eye, not even 5 inches from my face. I felt the air leave my lungs.
"Pretty much. What's your story?" She asked as she moved even closer.
Oh my god is she going to kiss me or something?!' The moment that thought came to my mind I felt the urge to press forward against her...
"W-what story..?" I felt extremely lightheaded as I watched a smirk form on her lips.
"You know what makes you tick? What makes you happy? What's your favourite place to escape to?" She asked as she leaned even closer.
I bit my lip as I leaned my head back as far as possible, gaining a few pathetic inches away from her.
"Uh..." She leaned her head towards mine, her eyes having a dangerous tint.
"Girls! Your lunch is ready!" Her mom's voice came from the staircase. Jedean sighed as she moved back to where she was sitting, looking out her window.
Was she really about to kiss me? Or am I just that retarded into thinking so? Or maybe... I wanted her to? No, that's definitely not it.' My thoughts came to halt when she looked at me with a smile on her face.
"Well, let's go eat eh?" She asked as she stood up and headed out of her room. It was my turn to sigh. 'Yeah, you did.'
