Pink! Pink confetti scattered the floor as the two looked at each other in utter shock and excitement. It wasn't long before Liam was pulling Sophia into a hug and kissed her head adorably.

"I'm honestly so excited for my own little girl" Liam smiled into her head.

The room erupted and everyone were on their feet already whistling and cheering all around them. Liam had no other interest right now other than seeing Louis' reaction however his face was rather let down when the small boy was fast asleep rather adorably sat up with a wotsit hanging from his lips.

"He's fast asleep i don't think he heard" Liam laughed to Sophia as he helped her down from the stage.

As Sophia went to her friends Liam went over to obviously maybe place some noise blockers on Louis so he could have a good sleep and was bear hugged by Harry.

"Well done mate so fucking proud" he smiled grabbing the lad tight "so so buzzed"

"Yeah I know mate, it really doesn't feel real" Liam laughs pressing the button to lay the stroller back down.

Louis shuffled by the sudden change but soon settled once his pacifier was pressed in his mouth and the noise blockers placed on his ears.

"I think we need to talk" Liam says to the 3 boys sat around the table.

The 3 made their way to the back room where they all sat on a chair each all having a sense of what Liam was about to say but was too scared to confront the situation.

"So guys I think now is the right time to take a break from the band" Liam sighs " it's going to be too hard for me to juggle two kids and a singing career."

"I understand completely. One direction run its course. Do you know how much money we have guys. We're set for the rest of our lives. The fans will have to understand that we have other priorities" zayn comments.

"Yeah we could always do random meet and greets around the world but we weren't going to last much longer as a four man band it was stressful" niall agreed.

"How will Simon take it" Liam asks worriedly.

"Why do we give a fuck anyways" Harry states boldly "I want to live my dreams but not in a struggle like we have"

"I just feel like I'm the cause of this you know but I wanted this to all work out but I've got kids now it's a whole different ball game" Liam gulps "I really am so so sorry it ended this way"

"Don't be daft you don't have to be sorry" Niall says "Casey was only going to start acting up once tour came around and I had to leave her anyways"

"Do we or do we not tell louis" Liam asks.

"I mean we don't have to tell him the full story but we could say we're having a break from singing. You know he would be happy with that because he gets more time to spend with Liam" Harry suggests.

"I do love you guys so much you know. You've been there for me through everything and the fact we made the old depressed dull eyed lad into such a happy bouncy character has been my greatest achievement yet"

"And he will forever be your greatest achievement. Liam you love Louis, more than you let yourself think and you really have taken on the father role so well" zayn smiles "he's lucky to have you and so is that little princess you're going to have soon"

The 4 departed from the room each with a smile on their face. Zayn went over to his parents to talk with them and Niall and Harry both departed to go help Casey onto the bouncy castle while Liam made his way over to the love of his life. She was such a good mother to Louis and on top she was going to be an amazing mother to the baby girl they were also having. He was just so lucky. He really didn't deserve someone as compassionate as her. He knew from heart Louis was his but once that baby was born Liam would have a baby sharing his own genetics, part of his own identity and that's what he couldn't wait for. He was just in an overwhelming bubble of gratefulness for every single thing he had in his life right now. He had 3 boys who had practically become brothers over the years, a beautiful blue eyed boy who he loved with all his heart, a gorgeous, loving girlfriend and a small innocent little girl on the way. What wasn't he grateful for💕
