Chapter 15

'The University'

XIN

The University of Holy Trinity. As they say, it was first created by the gods with the purpose of educating their demigods and demigoddesses to learn the ways of their Fathers and Mothers. But later, new creatures were added to the university, the witches. After the witches came, demons and elves followed and so did other creatures.

The once demigod intended school was turned into a school for almost all the creatures in the realms. There's a statue of the Holy Trinity (as they say) in front of the school. It was a statue of Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. Zeus was in the middle and I hated the fact that Hades' statue was made poorly. They did not do him any justice, especially to his nose.

The University is as large as it can be. It looked like four huge castles were merged together and a different insanely huge building to serve as the dormitory. There are secret doors, secret chambers and maybe other magical things that we are yet to discover by ourselves.

"Matt, please." Tiningnan ko lang si Hoshi na nakahawak sa sintedo niya habang napupuno ng sigawan sa paligid nila. I was sandwiched between the members kaya tiningnan namin si Matthew na nakakunot ang noo at pinagpapawisan. "Dude, they're not mere humans. Their minds are chaotic and hard to control." Matthew grunted when he was hit by a certain elbow from one of the girls. It was really chaotic. Itinaas nalang ni Walter ang kamay niya at may lumabas dito na pulang usok at bigla nalang nagsilitawan ang mga nasa paligid sa akin.

He placed them away from us at pinagpag ang jacket niyang may foundation na nakadikit. Monsters wear make-up too? I reckon that it was from a witch.

Matapos kaming bigyan ng daan ng iba ay nakalakad na kami ng maayos papunta sa Dean's office habang si Xy naman ay nakasakay sa likod ni Duke. Pagdating namin sa admission office ay nabigla kami nung sinalubong kami ng maraming tao. There were vampires, wolves, witches, angels, demigods—wait, every group of creatures here resembles every member.

Well, maliban sa amin ni Milo at Hoshi.

"Respective realm heads, do your greetings." Napatingin kaagad kami sa babaeng nakaupo dun sa harap at agad na lumapit ang mga grupong ito sa isa-isa sa mga members habang nakatayo lang kami dito nina Milo at Hoshi sa gilid at nakatingin sa kanila.

Stars are rare to come down on earth, and as far as I know, Hoshi's the only pure born star that's here. And a soulless boy can't always get accustomed to the place. I no longer want to hear any comments about why no one approached me since I'm a hybrid. There's only three of us. The one's casted away at sea and the other one is protecting the realms.

"My King." Tiningnan ko lang ang babaeng yumuko sa harap ni Jun. She flattered her lashes at him and gave him a smile. Hindi ko nalang silang pinagtuunan ng pansin at tiningnan si Xy na kinakausap 'yung mga kumakausap rin kay Walter. Duke was being bowed to, since he's a prince of course.

Everyone was getting a recognition from their respective realms.

Napalingon kaagad ako kay Milo nung napansin kong parang wala siya sa mood at nakatingin lang sa baba. Napabuntong-hininga nalang ako. He must feel bad that he's got no realm to be with. Hoshi was being positive about it, but Hoshi and Milo are two different creatures with different personalities. Lumapit nalang ako kay Milo at inakbayan siya.

Napalingon naman kaagad sa amin si Seth at pinakilala kami sa mga demigods na kakapakilala lang sa kanya. Through Seth, Milo was no longer feeling out of place since those demigods were also delighted to meet Milo.
