Eugeo and Kazuto's 'coffee date'

The young blond integrity knight was sat opposite to his friend. His friend, Kazuto Kirigaya, was smirking at the boy as he kept on blushing from Kazuto's comments.

"I knew it! You love Alice, don't you?"

"K-Kirito, d-don't say that so loud!" He yelled while blushing bright red at the blond's reaction, the black-haired swordsman couldn't help but laugh at the poor blond, smirking while laughing.

"Eugeo, have you asked Alice how she feels?"

Eugeo turned bright red at Kazuto's comment and fiddled with his fingers nervously.

Kazuto smiles, leaning back on his seat. The boys were having a weekly catch up in a cafe in a shopping center.

Eugeo takes out his phone and then looks up to Kazuto.  His friend looks at him confused.

"Eugeo?"

"I-I'm going to tell Alice how I feel!"

"You are!?"

Kazuto falls out of his chair in surprise while pass buyers eating where the boys were,  turn their attention to when Kazuto falls.

Eugeo yells out in concern for his friend.

"K-Kirito!"

Kazuto gets up, slightly blushing from falling, bowing apologetically to the public before literally throwing himself into his chair, banging his hands on the table in front of Eugeo with anticipation.

Eugeo gets startled by this.

"A-are you alright?"

"Eugeo!"

"Y-Yes?!"

"You're serious, about telling Alice!?"

Eugeo takes a moment to breathe, then nods with determination while sipping on a drink.

Kazuto watches with widened eyes as the blond haired boy switches his phone on and opens his contact list.

Eugeo inhales as he sees Alice's contact name, then exhales as he clicks on the [MESSAGE] button.

"You're really doing this, Eugeo?" Kazuto says as he looks at his friend in concern.

Eugeo nods hesitantly. "I'm doing this, Kirito..."

Kazuto's frown turns into a warm smile, as he leans back on his chair, this time slowly and with caution, to try to avoid falling backward.

Eugeo slowly types a few words to Alice.

He then shows Kazuto the text, while his determination fades and he whimpers behind the phone in fear.

Kazuto leans over the table, ruffling Eugeo's hair, before leaning back on his chair.

"Stay cool, Eugeo."

Eugeo's eyes gleam as he looks at Kirito, a warm smile appears on his face after he lets out a stressed sigh.

"You're right, thank you Kirito..."

Kazuto smiles and winks to his dearest friend.

"Anytime Eugeo, no need to thank me."

Eugeo fistbumps Kirito before sending the text to Alice accidentally.

Both Eugeo and Kazuto jump up from their chairs as the message accidentally is sent as Eugeo accidentally hit the send button a second ago.

Eugeo gasps in horror while staring at his phone in shock.

He whispers and whimpers, while Kazuto also remains frozen.

"K-Kirito...d-did it just send my message?..."

Kazuto nods slowly, trying to keep his friend calm. He pats his shoulder gently.

"S-Stay cool Eugeo..."

Eugeo smiles at his friend then resorts to burying his blushing face in his hands.

Kazuto repeats his words once more.

"Stay cool, Eugeo."

"I-I'm staying c-cool K-Kirito, the c-coolest I can stay."

After a few minutes, Kazuto and Eugeo notice Eugeo's phone buzz with a notification that Alice had replied to Eugeo's message.

Eugeo looks at Kazuto, nods with nervousness and determination and focuses his eyes on his phone screen.

Eugeo slowly taps the home screen to see his message and when he does, his eyes widen in what was Alice's response to his feelings for him.

Eugeo lets out a soft gasp.
