Asuna's magic carpet ride | final part (12)

As Klein's lamp was falling fast to the ground, Eugeo swoops downwards to retrieve the lamp with his little monkey hand.

I watch as the bird dragon uses his claws to pick up the lamp just as Eugeo was about to grab it and yell out in concern. 

"Eugeo!" I yell as the princess grabs the carpet tassels which makes the carpet dive sideways, leaving enough time for me to grab Eugeo by his leg. 

"Are you okay?" I hear the princess ask me as I cling onto the carpet and hold onto the tassels with her. 

"Yeah, but the bird's taken the lamp." 

"Agil won't give up on me marrying him, will he?" she sighs, shaking her head in annoyance. 

"Not likely princess, we have to get that lamp back, if he gains control of Klein, then-"

"Tokrabah would be in grave danger!" 

"We better step on it, let's go carpet!"

"Hold on tight, princess!" I say while the princess clings onto my arm for support as the carpet increases in speed. 

The princess and I look at each other and nod in unison when suddenly a large gust of wind and grey smoke cover our eyesight and starts pulling the carpet back towards the direction of the castle. 

"Hold on!"

The carpet shreds to pieces in a matter as it sends both Eugeo, myself and the princess flying in the direction of the palace, crashing into the main room where Agil was standing with Klein tied up in shackles and the sultan suspended in the air. 

Agil laughs maniacally as I help Asuna up. 

To my horror, Agil suspends Asuna in the air. 

"Princess, watch as I take away what you love, one by one!"

"Let her go, Agil!" 

"Quiet you!" Agil yells while starting to choke me with his snake staff. 

"Kazuto, you were warned to never return...yet you did, now watch as I get what I deserve!"

Agil picks up Klein's lamp while smirking. 

Klein looks downwards to the floor in sadness as Agil starts rubbing the lamp.

"Genie, I wish  to become the sultan!"

"As you wish, master."

I watch in horror. 

"Klein, no!"

Grey smoke emerges from Klein''s hands as Agil finds himself in the clothes of the sultan, while the actual sultan is still suspended in the air, left in his underwear. 

"Stop this, Agil!"

Agil uses his magic snake staff to hit me so I fall onto my knees and starts choking me with his magic. 

"Not enough for you yet?! I'm the most powerful person in this room now!" 

While Agil roars with laughter, somehow while still choking I'm able to slightly turn my direction to Klein, who looks away from me, I slightly turn to the princess who looks at me in a helpless way. 

I have to do something. 

It can't end like this! 

When I turn back to Agil, I clench my teeth and fist as Agil continues choking me. 

Through clenched teeth, I look at him. 

"You say you're the most powerful person in this room...but you're nothing...c-compared to the g-genie..."
