SAO drabbles ~

Asuna's magic carpet ride | PART 2

With our carpet gliding softly in the air, the beautiful moonlight of Tokraba's sky shines down upon the glistening oceans in the far distance.

The carpet sweeps both the princess and me through a field of meadows, as the princess looks onwards in awe of the view from the height we were flying at, I swoop the carpet near a tree and hand the princess tokens of appreciation.

Soaring through meadows meant I was able to offer Asuna a flower that represents just how beautiful she is.

The princess simply blushed and giggled to herself regarding my romantic gesture.

I softly nudge the princess while being in mid-air with her and smile as I hand her a flower, saying it resonates her beauty, to which she smiles, amused by my comment. I watched, eyes widened in awe, as the princess placed the flower I gave her, into her own hair.

I couldn't stop myself from grinning after that.

As we fly over clouds within the night sky, the princess grabs hold of my arm in fear of falling, to which I smile at from her reaction. 

I loved every minute of how she hung onto my arm, wanting me to protect her, trusting me to save her from falling. 

One the princess and I had swooped over an ocean, I hand her an apple for her troubles.

Yes, I gave her an apple from a tree I passed earlier on in the meadows. Why an apple? well, it's sweet like her...don't judge me. 

I watched as the princess bit into the apple with a small smile, then giggles to herself, before turning to me and gazing deeply into my eyes. 

I look into the princess's eyes, while still somehow flying the carpet. 

I signal for the carpet to further venture into the sky, through the clouds. 

I then turn to the princess.
