April 4- Day 4B

I sit on the couch in my living room. I slouch, and sigh heavily. "Tell me why you are here." I turn around, and face the blue jacket boy.

He turns around to face me. "I can't be with my best friend?"

I swiftly turn around and click my teeth as a sign of annoyance. Then, I look at Desirée, who is simply hiding on the side, peeking.

I sigh once again. "You can come out."

I see the boy behind me face Desirée in the corner of my eye.

"Now who is this?" he asks. He slowly walks up to her, and she steps back.

"Stop bothering her." I hear him groan in response to my comment. Then, I feel him walk closer to me, standing right behind me.

I simply sit there, and look at the blank tv. I grab my remote, and begin to search for some things to watch. While I look for that, I ask, "Any updates?" I put down the remote, and turn to him. He simply shakes his head, and I annoyingly groan.

"I don't understand why you're mad." He crosses his arm, and stares at me.

He puts his hand on his head. "You haven't been responding to any of my texts."

    I roll my eyes, "So?"

"You can't just do that. You expect me to come with updates, but you never update me through texts."

Then, it becomes silent. I fully turn around in my couch, facing the tv. I pick up the remote to get ready to change the channel. Suddenly, there is this constant buzzing, over and over again. I turn around just slightly, enough to see the boy behind me through the corner of my eye.

"Turn off your phone, it's annoying," I say.

The boy quickly digs deep into his pockets, and picks up his phone. The buzzing become more clear and louder. "Ughh..... It's my dad." I chuckle. "It's not funny. He's blowing my phone like he always does."

I put my arm on the top of the couch, and lay it on there. Then, I turn my head fully in order to face him. "He's still doing that?"

"He still doesn't know how to text," he says, searching through his phone. "I keep on telling him, 'Don't send each word in the sentence separately', but does his listen?" he says under his breath. "I'm not even gonna bother looking at it." He puts his phone away. It's starts buzzing again, and he clicks his teeth in annoyance.

I turn back around. "Are you sure that's okay?"

He moves closer to behind the couch. "Yeah, sure."

I then grab full control over the remote, and prepare to change the channel. Until suddenly, the channel automatically changes........to breaking news.

My eyes widen at the sudden change, and I feel him moving closer to the couch. "What the.....," I say as I watch the tv.

"Breaking news?" he says behind me.

The tv suddenly goes from the introducing reporter, to the actual scene of the breaking news. "Here we are, at one of the national FBH & Elites Base, here to report the breaking news."

The boy behind me springs up, and grabs onto the back part of the couch, staring deeply into the tv. "That's....."

My eyes widen at the scene too, recognizing the place that was shown right in front of me.
