Arc: When People Fall, the Demon Rises [Continued]

April 5- Day 5B

"What?" I harshly say, "He-he turned himself in?"

"Yeah-Yeah." Stylus turns away.

"Then....do you have any information from him?"

He loudly sighs. "He..um...."

"Stylus, what is it?"

"He won't talk."

"What!" I swiftly stand up, and glare at Stylus.

He looks up at me, and continues. "He just won't talk......No matter what we do." I loudly sigh out of frustration. "Listen...Ken. We really need to find out why he turn himself in if he's not willing to talk. We have no idea what his motives are." He sighs. "Ken.....please come back... We need you."

I loudly sigh once again as I close my eyes. "No." I simply and abruptly say.

"But Ken! It's much better what you did befor-"

"Now." I cut him off, and face him. "I do now."

"What- Ken, no. I told you that we have it under control."

"Really? So by having it 'under control' you still have managed to feel the need to tell me to come back?"

He looks back down and continues to fidget with his fingers.

"Bring me to him," I suddenly say.

He quickly looks up with a surprised expression on his face. "What? Ken!"

"What seems to be the problem? You can get me in,  right?"

"There wouldn't be a problem if you'd just come back." He loudly sighs. "You'd have access."

"Stylus. Can you bring me or not? I'll do it without you if-"

"I'll take you," he quickly says.

Suddenly, I notice Desirée, standing right behind Stylus, in front of the stairs. "You....leave?" she says.

I quickly stand up, and lightly stretch, and Stylus does the same. "Yeah, we'll be out for a bit," Stylus answers with a smile on his face.

"Me......come," she says.

"No, of course not," Stylus quickly says. "You'll be better off here anyways.

I simply sigh as we head towards the door.

"Dangerous?" she suddenly says. I turn my head to her, while she looks right back at me. We continue with eye contact for a solid couple of seconds 'til I continue out the door, towards Stylus' car.

It's been quite a while since I've been far from my home. The farthest I've been from my house since almost a year was......the park. It's relaxing to walk there after all...... The place....I used to work at. The place where my father was the boss......I was finally heading back, and I don't know what to think.
