The weekend went by pretty quick. On Monday morning I woke up to a text from Freya. "I'm sick of driving Blake's car. I need to get one for myself. Wanna come with me to look for one?" she said. "Of course I want. I'll pick you up at 3. Get ready x." I replied. I put my phone down and went into the kitchen to get some breakfast.
The time flew by extremely fast and I almost didn't even realise I had to and pick up Freya. Thankfully she didn't live far from me so I got to her place pretty quick. By the time I got there she was already waiting for me in the living room. I could tell that Blake wasn't home because his car wasn't in front of the house. I slowly walked to the front door and rang the bell. She opened the door with a big smile and dragged me into a hug faster than I could think. These kinds of things coming from her made me feel loved and confused at the same time. Couldn't she just be straight forward about her bloody feelings? "Come on in!" she said as she let me go. "Do you want anything to drink?" she asked me kindly. "No thanks. Can we go already? Your text got me so excited!" I exclaimed. I felt like a little kid. Car shopping was one of my favourite things so when I saw that she wanted to go, I got insanely happy. "Okay, okay, we can go." she said putting her shoes on. We both headed to the door. She told me to get out first so she could lock it after me. We then proceeded to get to my car and headed to the town's outskirts where the car dealerships were. On the way there we discussed what kind of car would fit her better. Halfway there we managed to agree on one thing, the colour: it had to be red. "Okay so, have you decided what you want?" I asked her entering the area of the dealerships. "Honestly, I think an Audi would fit me the best." she said looking out the window. "Great choice, girl!" I exclaimed. "I have in mind the exact car for you." I added pulling up in the parking lot of the dealership. I stopped the engine and got out of the car and went to open her door for her. I knew she was a badass independent girls but I felt like these little things could show her how much I care for her. Once in a thousand years she didn't object that I did something for her that she could've done herself and got out of the car. Her smile radiated pure excitement as we entered the Audi dealership. "So I was thinking you should get a small car in the first place. If you ever have to go on a 'family trip' you have Blake's car for that." I told her. "I agree on that!" she said. We went to the office and discussed with the salesman about the car Freya was going to get. Her hands were shaking in excitement as she signed the papers and the salesman handed her the keys. After weeks of sadness she was finally genuinely happy and I loved seeing her like that. "Wanna race all the way home?" she asked spinning the keys around her fingers. Her new car was truly beautiful and it fitted her so well. A gorgeous Audi TT RS for the most gorgeous girl I know. "You know I never say no to a race!" I said getting into my car and roaring the engine.
