You had grunted in frustration for what seemed like the 100th time. You had spent practically all day in the practice room, and it didn't seem like you were making any progress. What what I doing wrong, you thought. You had debuted just four months ago. It seemed so long ago but it wasn't. And now your group was having their first comeback. You were excited but nervous. You were never the greatest dancer, but you always gave your best. After taking a little break, you got right back to it, but no luck, you still weren't getting the steps right. You wanted to cry. You crumbled in a heap on the floor, sobbing. What were you gonna do? The comeback was closing in but you still struggled with the choreography. After a while you heard the practice room door open, and you felt arms around you. You instantly knew who it was and smiled. "What's wrong?", Chaeyoung asked gently. "I'm having trouble with the choreography", you said between sniffles. Chaeyoung nodded in understanding and took your hands to stand you up. "Come, let's get out of here for a while." The two of you ran out into the street taking in the midday sun. Chaeyoung dragged you along the street in and out of stores. "Are you hungry?" You nodded taking her hand. After Chaeyoung bought you two a meal you spent the rest of the day just enjoying each other's company. Chaeyoung bought you ice cream and the two of you took pictures together, her kissing you on the cheek and you in return. Walking back to the training building, Chaeyoung was smiling at you. "I have something for you", she said. You smiled at her. She pulled out a charm bracelet, fixing it on your wrist. Your jaw dropped at the beauty of the bracelet. "I want this to be a reminder. Don't give up. I know being an idol isn't easy, but it's your dream. Always push to make your dreams come true." She pulled you in for a kiss, and you two walked into the building together. Although you had many rough days, Chaeyoung always made it better
