Palm Sunday ( Or also Tsvetnitsa in Bulgarian ) , is the week before Easter, a Grand Christian celebration. On this Day, as it is believed, Jesus Christ is greeted at Jerusalem. The celebration is referred to as Palm Sunday, because, as Jesus Christ entered the city, the people who have come to welcome Him spread their clothes and olive branches in front of His path, while others wave with palm leaves. This is the general reason for the celebration's name - Palm Sunday, or for some places: Tsvetnitsa. The celebration is celebrated by Orthodox, Catholic and even Protestant Christians.
