He's giving orders. Typical. His deep voice resonates deep within my bones, filling me with a sick mixture of hatred and fear. I'm tired of being afraid. I scowl as the eager soldiers file out, excited as I would have been. Only Shredder is there now, sitting proudly on his throne built of death and fear. I jump down.
"What are you still doing here?! I sent you out already! You know the consequences of disobeying me." he growled.
"Too well." I replied, yanking off my mask. I left my glasses on my bedside table. I won't need them again.
"So... the deserter decided to return... the price is high, though."
"Never.... never again."
I sprint at him. *tiny A/n: gonna leave the actual fighting to your imagination unless I add specifics ;)*
"You won't win."
"I'm not trying to."
"Then why?"
"Because of what you made me into."
"And what's that?"
"A soulless monster like you!"
"How dare you!"
He stabbed deep into the soft flesh of my belly, then slung me into the wall. I land on my right arm with a sickening crunch. It goes limp. Useless. Shredder stalks closer and slashes across my eyes. Dark. Thud.
