Charlotte tucked her hair behind her ear uncertainly, this was her first day of college, she needed to make a good impression. Her heart was racing so fast she could feel it beating against her rib cage.
She shakily rubbed her sweaty hands on her denim shorts before walking into the kitchen where Thomas and Dylan were.
They both looked up at her when she walked in, Dylan with a smirk and Thomas expressionless.
She couldn't help but notice how both of their eyes traveled up and down her body.
She cleared her throat awkwardly, making both of their eyes snap up to her again. She didn't like the fact they were looking at her like she was a piece of meat.
"You look good," Dylan mumbled, glancing up and down her body. She frowned at him so blatantly checking her out.
                              "Thanks."
He looked back into her eyes, flashing her an award winning smile. His pearly whites making her smile too.
Thomas looked between the two of them, slightly annoyed at the fact he was so clearly flirting with her in front of him. He was disgusted to be honest.
"Would you like a ride to you first class?" Dylan offered.
Charlotte smiled gently, "that would be great."
He motioned for her to walk to the door, giving Thomas a slap on the back and a wink as he followed her out of the apartment.
He led her to his car and watch as she climbed in before getting into the car himself.
He drove her up to campus, resting his hand on her leg, only taking it off when he had to switch gears.
"And here we are," He said with a smile.  "Thanks for the ride."
                              He nodded, "Anytime Char."
'Char.' That word got to her, it made her heart flutter and tingles run down her spine, she hated to admit it, but she liked that word.
Plenty of people called her that but it just felt different when it came from his mouth.
But she promised herself she wouldn't do anything with Dylan, he was her roommates best friend.
He got out of the car after her, making her furrow her eyebrows, he didn't have a class this morning. "What are you doing?" She asked.
"What time is your class over at?"
                              "One."
He nodded, "I'll be here to collect you." She nodded with a blush, "You don't have to, really."
He shook his head, "What kind of man would I be if I didn't come get you?"
She blushed, and took off, although he called her back. "Me and you need to talk later."
                              She froze, "About what?"
He shrugged with a smirk, "About the fact that we got interrupted."
She immediately knew what he was talking about. She looked at him to see him intently looking at her lips, but he looked back up at her eyes as soon as she looked at him.
"Right." She mumbled. He leaned over and gently pecked her head, leaving her dumbfounded.
She looked away from him and turned around, walking into the building and not looking back.
Dylan was making her feel some feelings, and she knew if she didn't put a stop to it soon she would end up liking him more than she should, although it was a bit late for that.
