Charlotte woke up to her shoulder being shook gently. She turned to Thomas and squinted at him, a frown settled on her face, "Why so early?"

He grinned, "It's almost noon, you need to eat."

She sat up groggily, rubbing her hand through her hair. He moaned softly as he oooked down at her, softly pecking his lips against hers, "Damn, look at you looking fine as fuck."

She rolled her eyes with a smile on her face, pulling herself out of his bed. Immediately she wrapped her arms around herself, shivering as the cold air slammed against her skin.

"What do you want for brunch?" He asked, trailing behind her.

"I'm not really hungry, I'm gonna shower then I'll figure it out," She grumbled. She was especially tired that morning, she felt she needed to give herself a proper good scrub.

"I can make you something if you want?" He offered, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

"It's cool, I'll probably just grab some fruit. I just really need to shower."

He smirked, "I know. I have a nose."

She pushed against his chest gently as she walked into her bedroom, leaving him deserted at the door. She picked out some comfortable clothes. Thomas hadn't told her what their date would be like but she assumed she had a couple of hours before she had to start to get ready.

She pursed her lips and pulled out her phone, she had to call Conor first, before anything else she had to make sure that he was okay.

She sighed in frustration when the call rang out and angrily put her phone in the bathroom, leaving it on the sink. If he called back she wasn't going to miss it.

She turned the shower on slowly and let the water warm up before stepping under it, her entire body relaxing as the water almost burned her skin. Was it even counted as a shower if the water wasn't almost boiling?

She shaved her entire body and exfoliated it, she was in desperate need of doing some self care.

Once she was ready and her hair was dried she checked her phone once again to see that she still had no response from Conor. She decided to just leave him a simple text and trusted he would get back to her in his own time, if not she would have to stop by his place before her date.

"You took ages," Thomas grumbled from the couch.

"What can I say? Looking this perfect takes time," she said cheekily.

He cocked an eyebrow at her, smirking, "Well my perfection is effortless."

She rolled her eyes at him as she walked into the kitchen. The only fruits that they had was a bag of mixed berries which she happily munched on as she sat next to him on the couch.

"You excited for our date?" He asked, fighting off a smile.

"If you tell me what it is."

"Nope," he teased, popping the 'p'.

"Ugh, at least tell me what to wear," She pleaded, grabbing his hand as she gave him her best puppy dog eyes.

"What you're wearing now is perfect," He told her, giving her a once over.

"Seriously? I look homeless," she mumbled.

He shrugged, "If I saw you on the street I'd happily give you a dollar."
