"How has everyone been doing?" Charlotte asked as they neared her apartment.

The silence in the car was deafening. Jordan had tried to make conversation but all he got back was one word responses. The only thing Charlotte was focused on was the noise of her heart beating.

The thought of seeing everyone else again was almost overwhelming, but she would remember to take deep breaths and then she would feel better.

They pulled up outside her apartment and Jordan looked at her wearily. "Are you ready to go in there?"

She sighed and nodded slowly, although they both knew she wasn't ready to walk in.

He stood in front of her as he opened the door and walked in. "Did she talk to you?" Thomas asked, unaware of her presence.

Jordan took a step forward as Charlotte walked into the apartment with her head down. Thomas watched her carefully, the two of them holding intense eye contact until Jordan cleared his throat awkwardly.

"It's good to see you back," He mumbled. He had promised himself he would at least try to be nice to her, she didn't deserve him being an asshole.

"Are you hungry? Do you need something to drink? You're probably exhausted," Jordan huffed.

Charlotte placed her hand on his chest, "I'm not hungry and yeah, I guess I'm tired, now please stop talking a mile a minute," she said with a laugh.

He blushed slightly but nodded, "You should get some rest and some food. I'll make you some."

She shook her head slowly, "I'm not hungry and I'll rest later. Maybe we should just chat for a while."

"How long has it been since you've eaten?" They both asked her at the same time.

She shrugged, looking down in shame.

"Charlie?" Thomas pressed.

She sighed, "Since Preston brought me to the hospital."

"What!?" They both exclaimed.

"How about you go have a shower and I'll make you something really nice for when you get out."

She nodded gently and walked to her room before stopping suddenly, "Have any of you heard from Dylan?"

They glanced at each other for a moment and shook their heads. Chloe furrowed her eyebrows and walked into her bathroom.

When she was finally showered and ready she walked into the kitchen where there was a beautiful smell.

Jordan and Thomas were talking to each other in hushed voices but silenced as soon as she entered.

"Talking about me?" She asked, glancing at them both.

They smiled sheepishly and Thomas placed a plate of chicken curry in front of her.

She ate her food slowly, thinking about Dylan, who hadn't called her throughout the whole experience.

He was supposed to be her boyfriend and yet he didn't seem to care about her in the slightest.

The noise front door opening caught her attention and she looked up to see Dylan with a box of Pringle's in his hands.Charlotte's eyes immediately hardened as soon as they landed on him.

"Where the fuck have you been!?" She yelled, walking up to him. He took a step back, noticing her angry demeanor.

"Uh-" he looked to Thomas for help, who ignored him.

"Uh- what? Please explain why for the last two days while my brother was in a coma you couldn't even pick up the fucking phone to see if I was okay!?"
