Starting A New Life.

Three months later, I served my time at juvie. I got rid of my jumpsuit and put on my regular clothes as I start leaving the center, before I was leaving I stop by Lil Dee's cell to say goodbye.

"You leaving already?" Liam said.

"Yeah, man. My times up in here." I said as I got my dufflebag on my shoulder.

"You take care out there. I'll see you on the otherside." Liam said.

"Take care, man." I said as I gave him a dab.

Before I was about to leave, I stop by the cruel security guard.

"Good luck on selling your junk music out there." Said the security guard.

"Thanks for the luck, brother." I said as I walked out of the center.

I got out of the center and saw my brother Malcolm picking me up.

"Yo!!" I yelled as rushed to my brothers truck.

Malcolm dropped me off at my mom's house and I ranged the doorbell.

"Welcome home." Katherine said as she hugged me.

She fixed me a hot home cook meal and we had a talk.

"Well now that I'm home, I've been doing a lot of thinking and what I want to do with my life." I said.

"That's good to hear. I would've sent you to military school." Katherine said.

" I want to become a performer. A rapper." I said to her.

"Which one? A performer or a rapper, because they are not the same thing." Katherine said.

"Why cant I be both then?" I said.

"I'm just saying honey. Not everyone can make it as a rapper. It takes a lot of talent." Katherine said.

"Im planning on dropping out of school." I said.

"What?" Katherine exclaimed.

"I dont wanna go to school, mom. It's just everytime I go there I feel depressed and anxiety, it's just not that life for me. I know you're upset about this but this is my choice." I said.

"Well, I hope you know what exactly what you're doing with your future." Katherine said as she got up and left the kitchen cause she was disappointed by my choice.

I visited Peanut and he was at his friends apartment where they were smoking weed, play fighting, and making beats. I knocked on the door and Peanut open it.

"Holy shit! Ly! You back man!" Peanut said as he hug him.

"Its been three months, man. How you been, nigga?" I said.

"I been straight." Peanut said.

"Hows Cody and Stanley?" I asked.

"They good. They're actually here. Yo! Cody! Stanley! L, back!" Peanut yelled.

"Oh shit, Ly! You back, man!" Cody yelled as he came up to me.

"Ly! Good to see you!" Stanley said.

"Miss you crazy white boys." I said.

"Dude, you gotta try this shit, man. It's good Mary J." Stanley said as he hand me the weed.

I smoked some and coughed a lit.

"Damn, that's some good shit, bruh." I coughed.

Cody, Peanut and Stanley laughed at me coughing.

"So what you gonna do now that you're  out. Still coming back to school?" Peanut said.

"No, I'm done with that man. Being in juvie made me want a better life for myself. I'm thinking about getting in the rap game." I said.

"Really? Damn, bruh you really making a life change." Peanut said.

"Yo, X-Ray. Change that shit up." I told X-Ray whose a young music producer.

"Yo check this out. I've been writing some shit down when I was locked up." I said as I was about to give them what I wrote.

"I like that beat speed it up." I said to X-Ray.

"One, Two. Yeah, Maxx Misfit is out of the J-Lock. I'm on the m.i.c. in the ATL. Young Dagger Jack and Atlas Martyn coming to rage your eardrums. Brothers hate to hear the words dick..." I tried to finish my freestyle, but X-Ray stop me.

"Hold up hold up hold up. Did you just said Young Dagger Jack and Atlas Martyn? I thought you wanna be called Maxx Misfit." X-Ray said.

"My alter egos." I said.

"Alter Egos, huh?" X-Ray said.

"Yeah." I said.

"Yo, son. Your shit got nice since you was locked up." Peanut said.

"Yeah, man." Cody said.

"Yo, I know niggas that can hook you up on some gigs. And got to record this shit." Said one of X-Rays friends.

"Is that right?" I said.

"I'm just saying, I know motherfuckers who know motherfuckers." He said.

"Alright, then. Record this on my Soundcloud. Let's do this." X-Ray said as I continued recording.

"Let's take it from the top, Young Dagger Jack." X-Ray said.

"Old ass niggas don't wanna see young niggas winning, especially that bum ass nigga security. Yo, Ray what's this." I rapped as I start my freestyle over again.

I record more songs that I wrote in juvie, I even uploaded the track that I recorded at the center with Malcolm aka Lil Dee. I released another mixtapes called "Juvie Jams" with about 11 songs on it. I gain about 1500k followers on my channel. I've been booking gigs at hotels, bars and small venues. I had other friends that help me advertise my tour. I called my first ever tour, "Out of Juvie Tour." On opening night at a small bar, I was a little nervous, I smoked a little weed to calm my nerves.

"Alright, let's do this." I said as I was about to perform at a smaller crowd.

X-Ray was my D.J., Peanut was my hype man and Cody and Stanely were trying to hype the crowd up a little bit.
The first song that I perform was a old school hip hop/screamo song I recorded. I watch a lot of punk rock performances on YouTube to know how to get the crowd lit.

"Yo, I like sex, I like weed, I like purple Sprite, What do you need, I got plugs, I got kicked out of school, I said fuck in church, I fucked the whole gang up. Call me the hip hop demon call me rock god demon, I'm not with that fuck shit. We ain't with that fuck shit!" I performed in a aggressively manner.

The small crowd mostly guys, started a mosh pit and were lit. As they liked my performance. Days later, I perform at more smaller gigs around in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. My crowd has good a litter bigger even though the places I have performed are small and managers ask the crowd to stop destroying the bar. Although I've been paid $100.00 each performance. Even my brother, Marcus came to one of my performance.

"Thank you so motherfucking much! My name is Lysander and I got by the name of Maxx Misfit and I hope you had a good time tonight, get home safetly! Bye guys!" I said on the mic.
