The song was coming to an end, and I didn't know if they would be heading down to the stage we were in front of yet or not, but my palms were no less sweaty, and my heart felt like it would beat right out of my chest. I looked up, seeing Namjoon starting down the catwalk, and the rest falling into place behind him, and I closed my eyes, praying for strength.

Sadie had my hand, trying to get me to look up, but I was trying to catch my breath.
"Laney, they're right there. Oh my God...they are so damn gorgeous."
I looked up, seeing Hobi right in front of me. He was looking over the crowd, smiling, dancing, and being the sunshine he was. He moved away to another part of the stage, and then Jin was there, waving at the crowd, singing his part and bouncing away.
Jimin walked across the stage, passing right in front of us, but he was singing and not looking our way at that point. Sadie was mesmerized, Jimin being her bias, and I grabbed her hand, asking her if she was okay. She nodded stupidly, to entranced to speak.
Then I saw him, at the left corner of the stage. He was smiling, waving at the crowd, moving his hips back and forth to the music, his mic coming up so he could sing his lines, and I could only stare at him. He'd changed his hair color to a dark chestnut brown. He looked amazing.
My heart hurt so bad. This wasn't fair. Not at all.
I couldn't look away from him, and my eyes followed him as he moved around the stage. He didn't stop directly in front of us, but often times very close. There was still time though.
None of them had made direct eye contact with me or Sadie. It seemed they were looking farther into the crowd, right over those of us in the front. It was still light enough for them to see, the sun just starting to disappear behind the buildings in the distance, so they must be trying to see everyone they could before it started to get dark. The lights would come on, but even so, they would only be able to see so far.
After several songs, they lined up on a platform and it lowered, taking them below the stage for what I knew would be outfit changes. I felt a twinge of jealousy, because I knew Min Jee was somewhere below that stage, taking care of Tae. That would have been my job. But it wasn't her fault. Honestly, I wished I could say hi to everyone. I missed them all.
I missed Taehyung the most. God, I missed everything about him.
There was a roar from the crowd, and suddenly they were there, in the middle of the front stage, the music to Mic Drop starting.
Everyone was screaming around me, and I was caught up in the excitement, finally singing along with them, my eyes never leaving Taehyung as he danced and sang.
This experience would stay with me forever, there was no question about that.
The next song started, and Namjoon was suddenly right in front of me, looking right at me as he sang. I looked right into his eyes, but he didn't seem to react, and soon was looking at someone else. It had been maybe 3 seconds, but it was long enough to make every hair on my body stand on end.
They bounced around stage, Jimin coming to squat down in front of Sadie and I, and he was smiling at Sadie. I felt her reach for my hand, squeezing it tightly, no sound leaving her lips, her vocal chords having forgotten how to work momentarily.
He glanced at me quickly, and then was gone. I was starting to feel a little better, realizing that they seemed to not recognize me. I relaxed, getting into the excitement of the crowd.
Time seemed to go by so quickly, and the concert was only a few songs from ending. I had a smile spread across my face, watching Tae play around with Jungkook on the big bounce house that had appeared before Anpanman was performed.
