"What the hell.." he said as they all smiled at him "what's up east!" His nephew Kenny said walking in first along with Kia and his momma
He shut the door and looked at his mom "why'd you bring the devils children up in this holy household?" He asked rubbing his eyes
"Tai and domani went out of town for about a week so they're staying with me, they wanted to come and see you baby" He said with with a smile
David and how sister, Tai weren't every close, but he was close with the children, Tai worked in and out of Miami so they were usually with other family members, and I guess he was with his mother this time
"Aye east! Can I eat these?" He heard, him and his momma walked over seeing Kia sitting on the counter on her phone and Kenny looking through his cabinets and holding a nutrition bar in his hand "lil boy put my shit back, and get off the damn counter" he said nudging Kia with his hand
"So no snacks allowed on the counter? Got it" she said hopping off the counter and chuckling a bit
"Stop acting like you grown Kia" his mother told her "I'm 16 tho, I am grown"
"Yea aight, wait till you start paying bills and shit" "bills? My pops finna pay all my bills" Kenny told him opening up the bar he grabbed "that's too much money"
"Can't nobody else pay your bills" "well, my pops finna pay mine so obviously someone can" Kenny looked around "aye can I have that ball?" He said pointing st David's basketball in the living room, he jumped over the couch and walked over to it, David looked st his mother
