The first meeting -
Walking into her choir class, jordynn was nervous, her friends, Liyah, Bernice, and mani all convinced her to join because she liked to sing, she didn't like being around a bunch of people all the time so that's what was stopping her
"ms brooks, nice to meet you sweetie" she held her hand out for jordynn and she shook it
"I'm ms cunning's, I'm the choir teacher, is this your first time joining the class?"
"Yes It is" she said looking around st the kids all playing together and laughing
Jordynn didn't have many friends, she thought that highschool girls were backstabbing bitches and boys only wanted to hurt you, and the friends she did have she met back in elementary school
She didn't like being around a bunch of people due to anxiety so her classes were usually block classes, but since her step father wouldn't sign the papers, she couldn't take them anymore
"You will be partnered up with mr Lucas fall, he's in the very back seat to the left" she pointed over to Lucas who was chilling on his phone
"Do we have to have partners?" She asked "I'm sorry sweetie but we do, for warmup we're doing a ladies and gentlemen partnered warm up, but it'll be alright, Lucas is a nice boy"
Jordynn nodded taking another look at Lucas befor walking over and sitting in the seat next to him
He looked at her as she got her music sheets out "you're my partner?" He asked looking around then looking back st her
She looked st him and smiled "Yea, mrs cunning's just told me we're partnered"
"Cool, I'm Lucas, or luke, whichever one you like"
"Jordynn"
they shook hands and he smiled st her
"Jordynn, cute, but You look young, how old are you?" He asked
"I'm 15, I'm a sophomore, I'm guessing you're a junior or senior?" "Yup, junior, 16."
"I thought this class was for undergraduates" "it was, last year but now it's for everyone, I have to take it cause I skipped classes all year"
"Oh, why'd you skip? You don't wanna graduate or go to college?"
"Eh, not my type of shit. I'm tryna he an actor or something, be on tv"
"Cool" She said nodding st how fascinated her became while talking about his career
"I think my face was made to be on tv"
"I've always wanted to be a artist, a musical artist. I don't know why I like singing and writing but I do"
