As lila was kissing on his neck on the couch
"Whyyy?" She whined holding onto him
"I already told you, I don't wanna disrespect your parents."
"You won't David, I promise.."
She gave him a smile "Naw...what if they walk in? What you finna say?"
"I'm gonna say, that I love you...and that I'm gonna be with you regardless"
"And what if they ass snatch yo ass up"
"Then I'm just finna have to fight"
He chuckled a little "please...?"
"Aightttttt" He said making her smile
"Alright okay come on!" She said getting up and pulling him to her bedroom
Quickly getting to the room she pushed him on the bed and shut the door before taking her shirt off and climbing onto him
She began kissing on him and unbuckling his pants
And before they knew it, they were under the covers both almost naked, David kissing on her neck
He kissed her neck and she chuckled
"I like how you just have to give me small kisses before getting into it"
He chuckled a bit before
He leaned down to kiss lila once again but before he could, they broke apart quickly, hearts jumping as he hear the bedroom door open
" lila baby are you hungr-" her and David quickly jumped apart pulling the covers over their bodies as they saw Lila's mom standing there with a look of confusion and disgust.
"What the hell are yall doing in here?!!" She screamed.
"Momma we-" "I know yall are not inside MY HOUSE fucking? In this house!? OH HELL NAW" she said walking out the room and slamming the door as she did.
lila and David quickly got up getting their clothes on luckily before her mom burst back in the room with her father.
"They was in here fuckin!" She yelled at her dad who kept his furious eyes in David, David kept his head down as he was holding his t-shirt, he respected her parents, but he felt ashamed for hurting them
"Yall in here messing around?!" "Dad calm down its n-" "shut the fuck up lila! David! You hear me boy! What was yall in here doing?!"
David looked up at her with worried eyes as her dad kept yelling at him.
"D-dad"
"What were you guys doing?!! You can't speak?! Was he hurting you or something?!"
Lila slowly nodded out of fear toward her dad and her dads eyes grew wide
"He was touching you?!" He asked making David confused looking st her
She scooter away from him "yes daddy, he was touching me! I told him no but he wouldn't stop!"
"What?!" David yelled mad as hell and focused as hell
"I ain't- that's not what's happening-"
"Shut the hell up! I'm calling the cops!" Her mother said pulling her phone out
"You like raping girls?! Huh!" Her father yelled at David
"So you can't talk now" he huffed then grabbed lilas arm dragging her out of her room "what are you doing?!" She yelled, She heard her dad yelling to David but her mom was yelling back as he dragged her downstairs.
He took lila to the living room and threw her onto the couch and left her there, She heard her mom, David and her dad arguing as the front door opened.
"The police are on their way! You fucking creep!"
"Dont you touch my daughter again!"
"we're suing your ass!"
" shes not one of your hoes!"
"You fucking rapist!"
Her father pushed David out the door as the police car pulled up
"I didn't rape her!"
"Yes you did! OFFICERS!" Her mother yelled with tears in her eyes
The police walked up to the door as the neighbors were on their porches watching
"He was here with my daughter alone" Lila's father said pushing David toward the police
"Officer Cohen, go check on the girl" one officer said as he put cuffs on David "Wait what?! I'm gett- I didn't rape her! She wanted to have sex! We've been dating for months! Why are y'all arresting me?!"
"Come on" the officer said as David continued talking
"Listen I didn't rape her! We've been dating for months! I wouldn't do that to anyone! Please I have a career!"
"You won't have a career soon son" he put him in the backseat of the cop car , he looked back at the door seeing lila talking to the officer with fake tears streaming from her face

David stood up as his mother laid her head on Tai's shoulder
"The jury, and me, the judge of Florida Miami, sentence you, David Brewster...2 years in the Florida prison."
The judge tapped his gavel against the bench as David's mom cried on Tai's arm
The security cane over escorting David into the detaining room and made him take everything from his pockets and his jacket and even his shoelaces
"It's sad, I liked your music, you were coming up" the security guard said as David handed him his stuff
"To bad you have to be a rapist"
David looked st him as the security guard walked out the room to take his stuff to his mother
David knee he didn't do it, his mom knew, some of his family knew, but everyone else was against him.
Everyone who was against him obviously didn't know him.
