You just left college, both you and Stiles. The road wasn't going to be easy but you were willing to make it work, together. Now it was time to get a job, find a house. And who knows start a family. During college years, you never really discussed that, in fact, it was all about having fun, dating, studying, although the future was there, it was never discussed. Now that it was over, there was the time to do so. Where both were headed, which type of future each one wanted. Back at high school Stiles had mentioned something about how he wanted to have kids, get married, and you sort of agreed with it now. And now was the time to do so.
"The real world." You say.
"Who knew life wasn't only college parties." Stiles jokes but you were a bit more serious. "What's on your mind Brianna?" He asks as he notices the look on your face.
But that was the thing, college wasn't all fun and games. It had the hard work part. And you work really hard all those years and then you get out and you have no idea where to go or even what to do. Unlike you, Stiles actually had this sort of place where there was already a job waiting for him. But you had to do a little bit of research, you didn't wanted to leave him of course.
As you think about it, you back to this days at college. You guys were thrilled, you got in the same school and both were doing what both love. You remember this one day and you were laying on your bed, with books in front of you. Stiles gets inside the room with that messy hair of his and he lays next to you.
"Need some help?" He asks you. You nod. In fact a bit of help would come in handy.
You start explaining to him and after you finish talking, you notice he wasn't really paying attention to what you were saying, he was paying attention to you. You smile and blush. There's a proud look on his face. He smiles and then he kisses you. In that precise moment you realize he is the guy you want to spend the rest of your life with. The man to where you would go each time you were in trouble or just needed to talk, he would be the one to be the father of your future kids. At the moment you say nothing, but you knew. And he knew it as well.
"Was just thinking about us." You tell him.
"How's that?"
"I'll move in with you. You got a job, I'll get one soon and we can start a life."
"And that would make me the happiest man alive. You know I love you Brianna and I couldn't be more proud to one day be able to call you my wife."
And for the first time you both discuss marriage, kids, and it all seems perfect, of course you knew nothing really is perfect, but you were willing to make it work as far as it concerned you, forever.
You couldn't wait to be called Brianna Stilinski.
