"It will be fine, go in, grab your stuff and leave, bad bitch energy, that's what I call it." My friend muttered over her morning coffee.

I chuckled but couldn't shake the feeling that lingered in my heart. I miss him. It had been two weeks since I walked out of Micks house and I hadn't spoken to him yet. He called and text but I couldn't bring myself to talk to him because I knew I would end up falling for those crystal like sparkling ocean eyes all over again. I swept up my phone and with a shaking hand text him.

Y/N: Coming over to get my stuff today, will be there about 12.

I sent it and within a couple of seconds he replied,

Mick: Can we talk when you're here? X

I hesitated before replying,

Y/N: Sure

He replied instantly;

Mick: I love you, always have and always will ❤️

With another hesitation I quickly typed again,

Y/N: See you later x

I decided against telling my friend about the contact with Mick as I knew she would talk me out of going to see him but I needed to see him again.

I knocked on the door, it felt wrong to use my key and let myself into a house I hadn't been in for a week, the door hastily swung open to reveal Mick in a crisp white shirt and light blue jeans.

"Hey."

"Hey."

"Come in, I've made lunch." He beamed at me, radiating enthusiasm to this situation.

"Mick-"

"It's your favourite by the way." He grinned before grabbing my hand and leading me though his house.

"Mick lets-"

"So I went training yesterday and it-"

I cut him off with a sharp tone,

"Mick, I think we should talk before any lunch dates."

I sent him a small, earnest smile, my heart twisting as I saw the look of disappointment sink into his face.

"Well, obviously , yes that's a good idea, silly to eat lunch before we talk, obviously you want to talk, no lunch date, no to a lunch date."

He mumbled, seemingly more to himself than me as, again, he grabbed my hand and led me into the lounge and sat us both down on the sofa.

"Y/N... I'm sorry I didn't know you felt that way and I wouldn't do anything to hurt you, you surely know that liebe?" He placed my hand in his, I quickly withdrew it.

"But you did Mick, for months I felt like you didn't want me here, you never said that you loved me anymore , I didn't know what I did wrong!" I told him, hints of emotion slipping in and out of my voice.

His eyes widened as they became glossy,

"I need you y/n I love you and you could never do anything wrong, never... I'm.... I'm sorry."

He tilted his head to the sofa, avoiding my eyes.
I sat, giving myself ten seconds to make my decision ... and I made it.

"I loved you Mick," he lifted his head to meet my eyes,

"And I still do."

He leant forward, wrapping my body up in his arms and pressed a deep kiss onto my lips, a content smile spreading across both our faces.

"I missed you." He muttered.

I grinned at him as he gently pulled me down till we were both lay on the couch, his arms acting as a blanket around my shoulders,

"So are you moving back in?" He questioned hopefully,

"Yeah, and this time I'm never leaving." I replied with a satisfied smile.
