That night they made their way to the bridge and leaned on the railing to look at the river. "So this is where Constance took the swan dive." Dean commented.

Sam frowned. "So you think Dad would have been here?"

He glanced at his brother and sister. Dean shrugged. "Well, he's chasing the same story and we're chasing him."

Dean walked along the bridge and Sam and Holly followed. "Okay, so now what?"

"Now we keep digging until we find him. Might take awhile."

Sam stopped. "Dean, I told you guys, I've gotta get back by Monday--"

Dean turned around. "Monday. Right. The interview."

"Yeah."

"Yeah, I forgot. You're really serious about this, aren't you? You think you're just going to become some lawyer? Marry your girl?"

"Maybe. Why not?"

Dean raised an eyebrow. "Does Jessica know the truth about you? I mean, does she know about the things you've done?"

Sam stepped closer. "No, and she's not ever going to know."

"Well, that's healthy. You can pretend all you want, Sammy. But sooner or later, you're going to have to face up to who you really are."

Dean turned back around and kept walking and Sam followed. "And who's that?"

"You're one of us."

Sam ran up to Dean and stood in front of him. "No. I'm not like you or Holly. This is not going to be my life."

Holly pushed Dean back. "Stop, Dean. This isn't doing any good."

Dean continued on. "You have a responsibility to--"

"To Dad?" Sam interrupted. "And his crusade? If it weren't for pictures, Holly wouldn't even know what Mom looks like. And what difference would it make? Even if we do find the thing that killed her, Mom's gone. And she isn't coming back."

Dean grabbed Sam's collar and shoved him against the railing of the bridge. "Don't talk about her like that."

He released Sam and walked away. Holly saw the ghost of Constance and called, "Dean! Sam."

The boys stepped closer to their sister and Constance looked at them before stepping off the bridge. They ran to the railing to look for her. "Where'd she go?" Dean asked.

Sam shook his head. "I don't know."

They heard the Impala's engine rev and the bridge lit up with the headlights. They turned to look. Dean furrowed his brows. "What the--"

"Who's driving your car?"

Dean pulled the keys from his pocket and jingled them. Sam glanced at the keys and the car suddenly jerked into motion, causing them to run. "Dean? Holly? Go! Go!"

The three of them ran and it got too close, so they dove over the railing. Holly was hanging on just barely.

Sam pulled himself up and looked for his siblings. "Dean? Holly? Dean! Holly!"

Dean called up. "What?"

"Hey! Are you alright?"

Dean held up an A-OK sign before asking, "I'm super. Where's Holly?"

"Right here!" Holly called. "I can't pull myself up, Sam. I'm slipping! Sammy, please!"

Sam ran over to her, hearing the fear in her voice. He pulled her up with ease and set her in a safe spot. "Are you okay?"
