[Hell House]
Dean drove the Impala passed a sign that said Big Texas Towing and Salvage Yard.
He glanced over to see Sam sleeping with his mouth open. Holly was asleep as well, but Dean wanted to prank Sam. Dean felt around a moment before picking up a plastic spoon. He put it in Sam's mouth and grinned. He flipped open his phone and took a photo before turning up the music.
Dean sang loudly, "Fire of unknown origin took my baby away!"
Sam and Holly shot up and Sam panicked, realizing there was something in his mouth before waving his arms and spitting it out.
Dean air drummed to the song on the steering wheel and looked at his glaring siblings before turning down the music.
"Haha, very funny." Sam retorted.
"Heh, heh, heh. Sorry, not a lot of scenery here in in East Texas. Kinda gotta make your own."
Sam frowned. "Man, we're not kids anymore, Dean. We're not going to start that crap up again."
"Start what up?" Dean asked innocently.
"That prank stuff. It's stupid, and it always escalates. And you know Holly's pranks top us both."
Dean smirked. "What's the matter, Sammy? Scared you're gonna get a little Nair in your shampoo again, huh?"
Sam pursed his lips. "Alright, just remember you started it."
"Ah ha, bring it on, baldy."
"Where are we?"
"A few hours outside of Richardson. Gimme the low down again?"
Sam read, "Alright, about a month ago, or two, this group of kids goes poking around in this local haunted house."
"Haunted by what?" Holly asked.
"Apparently a misogynistic spirit. Legend goes, it takes girls and strings them up in the rafters. Anyway, this group of kids see this dead girl hanging in the cellar."
Holly gulped and asked, "Did anyone ID the body?"
Sam glanced at her. "Well, that's the thing. By the time the cops got there, the body was gone. So the cops are saying the kids were just yanking chains."
Dean shrugged. "Maybe the cops are right?"
"Maybe, but I read a couple of the kids first hand accounts. They seemed pretty sincere."
"Where did you read these accounts?"
"Hellhoundslair.com." Sam said.
Holly scoffed. "Let me guess; they're streaming from Mom's basement."
Sam grinned. "Yeah, probably."
"Yeah." Dean said. "Most of those websites wouldn't know a ghost if it bit 'em in the persqueeter."
Sam sighed. "Look. We let Dad take off. Which was a mistake, by the way. And now we don't know where the hell he is and in the meantime, we gotta find ourselves something to hunt. There's no harm in checking this out."
"Alright. So where do we find these kids?"
"Same place you always find kids in a town like this."
The Impala pulled up to a fast food restaurant and Holly clapped. "Food! You speak my mind, Dean-o."
Dean glanced at her. "We're not here for food right now. We're here to get statements from people."
At a table outside, the first guy said, "It was the scariest thing I ever saw in my life. I swear to God."
