I slipped out of the twins' house early this morning, leaving a note saying that I had some things that I had to get done today. In reality I have some very important people to meet up with and I don't want anyone asking questions. I walk into the park and wait for the black Mercedes to drive up. A hand reaches out and beckons me to hop in the car; I do.
The man inside looks at me hard as we drive away.
"So. How's the mission going? Do you have anymore information?"
"It's going well. I'm trusted in the group."
"What about the information," he asks again.
"Well, they're really good at hiding it..."
"I DON'T CARE!! You have a mission. Do it or I'll get someone else to."
"Don't worry, I'll get it."
"Good," the man says. "Now get out."
I climb out of the car. Stupid boss. I need to get those stinking twins to spill the beans about the powers in their little group. A smart hunter never fights their prey until they know what they're up against.
