Chapter 34

3 day after Becky checked into the hotel,  she finally packed up her stuff and checked out... she had gotten a text that morning from Seth saying that hunter and Stephanie wanted to meet with them-- IMMEDIATELY.  he said he would drop the kids off at his mom and dad's  and see her in Stamford Connecticut. 

Becky stopped by the house for a couple of things she wanted for the flight and  a nicer outfit for meeting with hunter and Stephanie.   as she grabbed a couple things from the dresser she wanted and her make-up bag,  her eyes stopped on Seth's nightstand,  the framed wedding picture of them  that he traveled with she wasn't with him was sitting turned towards his pillow,  and her nightshirt was balled up by his pillow, like he had been hugging it.

"maybe I better hear him out" she thought and she repacked her bag and left for the airport.  security was a beast, but, she was finally able to clear security and  had to run to get to her flight. she was nervous the whole flight, as she headed down to baggage claim, her stomach began to knot up as Seth said he would meet her there.

as she waited for her bag to come down on the carousel, she saw him two carousels away.  he looked tired. she finally saw her bag and grabbed it and walked over by Seth..  he said nothing as they walked to the car rental counter.  Seth rented the car and they headed to find it.  the car ride to the hotel was silent. once they were checked in,  Seth texted hunter to see what time he wanted them to be at the office.   "2pm"  he told Becky.  she changed quickly and at least once she heard his breath catch in his throat so she knew he was watching her change.

she went in to do her makeup and her hair while seth got ready, and she kept peeking slyly out the bathroom door watching him and she felt her self smiling as she looked at her handsome husband.  neither of them said anything as they made their way to titan towers.

as they took the elevator up hunter the meeting room, Seth asked becky if his tie was straight. "almost " she giggled straightening it for him. he gave her a little smile and a soft peck on the cheek.

Stephanie was waiting when they got off the elevator. she made small talk and handed each of them a bottle of water.  "We need to discuss some pictures that have surface as well as a video" she told them Becky looked at Seth and felt sad,  Seth said "I had nothing to do with those"  "in fact I didn't even know they were taken."

When they entered the conference room Hunter stood up and shook Seth and Becky's hands.  a guy from the wwe legal team was sitting at one end of the table. humter made small talk with Becky and Seth and asked how the kids were. "good!" Seth said "Kayleigh only has one speed--FAST!" he laughed " and Colby is changing and growing every day." Seth showed hunter and Stephanie some recent photos he had on his phone of them.  "so stinkin cute" Stepahnie  said "and look at all the auburn hair on Colby!"  he's gonna be a heart breaker when he gets older"  she told them.

"he's never dating" Becky laughed "hell will have to freeze over first"   "oh so about the same time Kayleigh is dating then?" Seth joked. "got that fookin right" Becky laughed.  just then there was a knock on the door, and Stephanie went and opened it and in walked Charlotte wearing a white pantsuit.  instinctively becky  leaned over and whispered "why the fook is she wearing white- she certainly isn't pure and virginal"  Seth chuckled quietly .

"We called you all here to get to the bottom of this whole nasty mess" Stephanie... "Charlotte would you please explain to us and to Becky and Seth what you were doing taking pictures and video of her husband in that manner?"

Charlotte said nothing and smirked.  "ooookaaaaaay..."   "we will start with you Seth" Stephanie said "why were you allowing Charlotte to kiss you and touch you"   "I had no idea she was doing it" he said "the flight was delayed twice and I was exhausted, I fell asleep almost immediately after take off" he said  "when I awoke Charlotte was on her phone and she kept smirking at me"
