CHAPTER 86

MADDIE'S POV.

I found myself wearing a hospital gown while Raiko is holding my hand who are sitting beside my bed. I roamed my eyes ngumiti sila sa akin at binati ako ng congrats?

What's that for?

Raiko: "Oh God Maddie! I'm so damn worried!" He hisses as he hugged me tightly. Hinagod niya ang aking buhok tsaka hinalikan ako sa tuktok ng ulo.

Melody: "Ohmyghad! Maddie I knew it! Sa sobrang kaba ko and at the same time excitement hindi na ako nakapagbihis! Congratulation!" I awkwardly looked at her, she just smile sweetly and hugged me. I think she's already 4 or 5 months pregnant, well I'm happy for her and of course to my kuya.

Kaagad kaming napabaling sa pinto na biglang bumukas at niluwa nita si kuya Alex at Chelsea na nakapang-bahay lang. Anong bang nangyayare? I'm clueless here!

Chelsea hug me when she reached my bed, hala nasaan ang baby nila?

Chelsea: "Gosh! Iniwan ko si baby kay manang para mapuntahan ka Maddie! Myghad! Akala ko ba.." Lumapit ito sa akin tsaka bulong ng "kasal muna bago baby?" Humagikhik pa ito at niyakap ako.

Pumikit ako at inaalala ang nangyari. Nasa kusina ako habang nagluluto ng paborito kong adobo tapos natumba na lang ako at nasa hospital na ngayon.

Mama: "Hija I'm happy for the both of you. You should take care of yourself from now on." She smiled at me and kiss me on my forehead. Hinalikan rin ako ni papa sa pisnge atsaka tinapik ang balikat ni Raiko.

Pumikit ako ng mariin atsaka binuksan rin ang mga ito.

Me: "Wait...what is happening here?" I remained clueless as they looked at each other.
Binaling ko na lang ang aking paningin kay Raiko ng siya ay tumayo habang hawak ang aking kamay.

Raiko: "My innocent baby is clueless" and then he sexily laugh, I pout in front of him.

Tita Kim: "Tell her son" tsaka ito ngumuti nandito rin ang papa ni Raiko.

Raiko: "Baby...you'll be a mother soon" I literary speechless, it unusual kasi usual mga babae ang nagbabalita sa kanilang husband sa mga ganitong gabay. I can felt the guilt, bakit hindi ko alam?

Me: "W-what? R-really?" He smiled and then he sit beside me as he wrapped his arms around me.

Raiko: "Of course, 4 weeks.. So I think you should just stay in our house and resign to your job"
Niyakap ko rin ang mga braso nito, gusto kong nasaganitong pwesto na lang kami palagi.

Me: "Of course I will not. I'll change my shift then" I said. He gritted his teeth as he looked at me. Hindi talaga siya papayad? Ayaw akong patrabahuhin ng Dada mo baby.

Raiko: "let's just talk about it when you're already fine" I just pout and looked at to those persons who witnessed our love story. I'm really really happy! Thanks for coming in our life baby! I can't wait to see you.

I took the whole after for a sleep, hindi na ako pinauwi ni Raiko sa bahay pagkalabas namin ng hospital. Gustuhin ko mang umuwi sa bahay ay wala akong magawa dahil si mama na mismo ang nagpahatid ng mga  gamit ko dito sa bahay niya, suportado talaga siya niya mama.

Pinapalitan na rin kaagad ni Raiko ang aking shift, instead of 7am to 1:30 in the afternoon it becomes 9am to 12 noon mga 4 hours na lang ako sa hospital. Tinawagan kasi kaagad ni Raiko si Doctora Ocampo kaya ayun ni-intriga nila ako kanina noong pumasok ako sa shift ko.

Raiko: "How's my girl?" That is the best thing that I have heard today, it melts my heart.

Me: "I'm definitely fine" bumangon ako mula sa pagkakahiga atsaka itinali ang aking bahabang buhok.

Raiko: "that's good"

Me: "Are you already done with your work?" Nag umpisa na siyang magtanggal ng kanyang coat at tie tska lumapit sa akin and he took a quick kiss from me and then he lay besides me.

Raiko: "Yeah"

Hindi ko maalala kung bakit ko ba minahal 'tong lalake na 'to.
Siguro nga tama yung sinabi ni Vice Ganda na 'Kapag hindi mo alam ang dahilan kung bakit mo mahal ang isang tao, that is what we called love. Kasi hindi ka bumabase sa kung anong nakikita mo sa kanya'.

If we are meant to be in the first place destiny will find a way. Well I'm definitely contended with this man besides me, the love of my life the father of my unborn and soon to be born child.

Raiko: "Are you hungry?" He asked while he's till hugging me.

Me: "Yes, I spent my whole afternoon sleeping here...in your room" I said. Tinanggal niya ang nakapulupot na braso niya sa akin atsaka ito bumangaon, umupo ito atsaka tinitigan ako. He's been doing it at mukhang naging hobby na nga niya.

Me: "Enough with that Mr. Kang" sayaw ko sa kanya ngunit hindi pa rin ito natinag. Nako Raiko! Kung nakakatunaw lang ang titig malamang natuyo na ako!

Raiko: "You know what?... Every time I looked into your eyes I can see my own self...faithfully loving you. I can see how miserable I am when you're going to leave me again, I can even see the galaxy on it." I don't know if this is part of my pregnancy pero kasi napapansin ko this past days nagiging emotional ako kahit sa mga maliliit na bagay. Sana hindi ako magiging pabigat kay Raiko, ayokong mahirapan siya sa akin.

Raiko: "It's a kind of magic. Hinding hindi ako magsasawang titigan ka kasi ganun kita kamahal, so that even if I could stare at the sailing or anywhere I could remember you ikaw ang makita ko. Because on the day you came back even you're away I already surrendered to you...It's all yours, I'm yours. And you will be mine alone."

Days are getting faster and faster each day, I'm a bit tired because I played with Zein bumisita sila dito sa bahay ni Raiko eh..sinundo nila ako sa hospital.

Hindi naman kami naghabolan ni Zein like hello? I'm pregyy. I just feel that I am tired dahil na rin siguro sa trabaho sa hospital.

Hindi pa daw makakauwi si Raiko kaya siguro nandito sila ate, masyado kasing praning si Raiko eh!

Me: "Ate, to be honest I'm bit nervous yet excited when our wedding comes" nakaupo kami ni ate sa couch habang nanonood kaming tatlo dahil tulog naman si Nery.

Hinawakan muna ni Ate ang mga kamay ko atsaka ngumiti sa akin.

Ella: "Alam mo bang natural lang yan, nangyari din sa akin yan diba? Palagi kong sinasabi sayo yun kasi para makakuha ako ng advice sayo pero ngayon ikaw naman ang hihingi ng advice sa akin" She smiled with her teary eyes, argggg I'm making you cry ate!

Ella: "As what you have said just be happy and then imagine yourself walking on the center aisle while your man is waiting for you in front of the altar" I took a deep sigh and for a second I saw Raiko smiling in front of me.

Ella: "Malapit na yun Maddie, I can't wait to see you walking on the center aisle while wearing your white gown and marry the man that you love."
