Jungkook felt shit no matter what.
It's been four months since that night, but he still felt like utter shit. It was like she took a part of him and he couldn't move on. From her. From them.
He missed her. Fuck, he really really missed her. So damn much.
And that made him want to go to her and beg her to take him back because he was still utterly in love with her.
After their fight, he felt like it was all his fault. He didn't know that was what she felt. He didn't know that without him knowing, he was unintentionally hurting her inside. Their whole relationship was a pain to her. It was a burden. But, would it be selfish of him to still want her to take him back? Would it be too much if he would still love her?
In those months, he thought everything. From the start to the end. Did they even end? Was her wanting him to leave the indication that she didn't want him anymore? Honestly, he still didn't know. But with no communication between them for months, then he guessed it was all over. The end.
His heart would still tighten painfully whenever he heard her name; when he would watch her performing—especially when she performed that modern dance—he wanted to cry and hug her because of how proud and happy he was for her; whenever her members would sometimes visit their dorm or even their agency, his heart would be filled with longing; when he would look at their pictures together, he would cry all the damn time alone; and when he would open his phone, he hoped everyday that her name would pop up.
He still wanted her. He was still so in love with her. He wanted her back, but how?

Now, in their waiting room, he was preparing for their next performance—The Truth Untold. It was the last day for their tour. Everyone was busy with retouching makeup, wiping the members' faces, practicing the choreo beforehand. Jungkook was in the couch practicing as he would be harmonizing with Seokjin for the older one's part. Nervousness and the adrenaline rush was buzzing inside him.
He was about to sing again when voices interrupted him.
"We're sorry we're late for the concert! Hi!" a voice shyly said at the door. All eyes briefly went to them. Realizing who said it, Taehyung smiled widely making the makeup artist laugh when the lip balm went to his teeth.
Turning around, he saw Sujeong coming in, smiling politely to the staff. Behind her, two more women—Jiae and Jisoo— were going inside as well.
When he met Sujeong's eyes, he smiled making the said young idol to smile back. He stood before greeting them. He hugged them one by one and the other boys did too. Sujeong then went to Taehyung, who finally finished his makeup, to hug him tightly. Jiae worriedly walked towards a tired Yoongi and played with his hair as he hugged her waist. Jisoo—who went quiet after greeting everyone—was staring at the monitor which showed Seokjin performing his last Epiphany stage. Jungkook swore he saw her tearing up.
