Kongpob and Mild stayed at the park, and talked a little bit more. Reminiscing the past, and what has happened to both of them in the past ten years. They have both found peace with their past, and a bittersweet goodbye to their first love.

"You should pay her back! She might hunt you down now that she knows you are in town." Kongpob laughed.

"I have missed her too, but she has to promise not to slap me first." Mild giggled.

"Yeah. She talks big, but she cried too when she couldn't find you. I know she would really like to see you."

Kongpob and Mild headed back to the car. Upon reaching the vehicle, Thak quickly ended a call, and walked over to open the door for them.

When Kongpob got inside, he saw his phone blinking indicating messages. So, he checked his phone. There were four missed calls from Nina, and twenty two texts between Nina, his mother, and Arthit.

He click on his mother's texts to let her know he is heading home. Then he did the same for Nina's line of texts. He didn't bother to read the content of any of their texts. He figured they were going to be more or less the same.

Then he opened Arthit's texts.

Messages:

Arthit: Kongpob are you at the restaurant yet?
7:15 pm

Arthit: Are you having dinner with Mild yet?
8:33 pm

Arthit: You can't even spare a minute to reply?
8:45 pm

Arthit: If you don't come back by 10:30pm, I'm wrecking the Ferrari.
8:47 pm

Kongpob chuckled, and checked the time.

"What's so funny?" Mild asked looking at Kongpob smiling at his phone.

"My boyfriend says he is going to wreck my Ferrari if I don't get back by 10:30 pm." Kongpob said without looking up to see a surprised Mild.

"You have a boyfriend? Like a romantic boyfriend?" Mild asked for clarity.

Kongpob looked up this time sporting a goofy smile. "Yes, I have a boyfriend that I'm romantically involved with."

"Huh? I didn't know you liked men." Mild smiled.

"Neither did I until I met him." Kongpob stated nonchalantly.

"Well, as long as you're happy. That's all that matters." Mild said as she nodded her head to herself.

"Thak, please make a stop at the marketplace on the left side after the bridge."

"What did you need from the marketplace?" Mild asked curiously.

"The best mango pudding. My boyfriend really likes the mango pudding from Mae Yui's fruit stand. Just wait here. I can get you one too."

Kongpob jumped out of the car before Mild could reply. Mild is highly amused with Kongpob's behavior. It reminded her of the boy he once was, and not the cold man from earlier. She is happy to see that Kongpob has found happiness even if it's not with her. Her time is about to run out, and she wants to see as many smiles as she can before she leaves.

Be happy Kong.

"Mae Yui!" Kongpob called the woman with her back to him.

"Hey handsome! Good to see you again. What was your name?"

"I'm Kongpob."

"Yes! That's it, Kongpob! I will remember for sure next time. Please forgive me, there's just so many people everyday, but I remembered your handsome face." Mae Yui said winking at Kongpob.
