You're Still Mine

Chapter 12

It was seven thirty in the evening, the party was starting. Everyone were there except for Dawn, Alice and Rachel.

"Vice asan na sila Dawn?" Richard asked.

"Nag text na 'ko sa kanila eh, ang sabi nila papunta na daw." Vice replied. "Uy asan na ba yung asawa mo?" He added as he asked Derek.

"Papunta na sila sabi niya." Derek said.

"Hay nako masyado atang nag paganda yung dalawa ah, ang daya talaga!" Vice jokingly said.

"Oh ayan na pala sila eh." Derek said and walk towards their direction.

Everyone did look at them as they arrive. Richard looked at Dawn and their eyes met. He smiled at her like a fool and said "she's gorgeous", he walks toward them and gave them a hug.

"Pasensya na na-late kami ng dating ha, kala mo naman ang layo ng rest house namin dito sa beach side HAHAHA." Alice explained.

"Walang problema. Ang importante dumating kayo." Richard said. He notice a girl who's with them. "And who's this little girl?" He asked and lean towards Rachel.

"Ah Rich, she's Rachel. Anak namin siya ni Derek. Ang ganda no." Alice said and smiled at them.

"Hi po I'm Rachel." She sweetly replied and offered Richard a handshake.

Richard smiled at her and accepted her hands. "And I'm Richard, please call me tito." He said as he smiled at her. He can't explain what he felt, but he's so happy.

"Tita Vice, is he your boyfriend?" Rachel asked Vice.

Everyone laughed at her silly question.

"Sa lahat ng sinabi mo Rachel yan ang pinaka nagustuhan ko." Vice said.

"Tara na at nag sisimula na sila." Richard suggested.

Everyone was enjoying the party. Vice was playing beer pong with other staffs. Alice, Derek and Rachel was enjoying their dance. But Dawn was just sitting on their table, drinking her champagne.

"Mag papakalasing ka na lang ba jan Ms. Zulueta?" Richard surprised her as he sat beside her. She looked at him but no words came out of her mouth. "Paano ka mag eenjoy, eh nag susungit ka." Richard teased her.

"Tigilan mo ako Mr. Gomez, wag ako ang pag tripan mo. Party mo ito diba, doon ka kayla vice, sumali ka na lang sa laro nila."

"Ayoko mas gusto kong kausap ka."

"Hindi kita gustong kausap kaya dun ka na."

"Ah ganito na lang, mag laro tayo ng beer pong. Kapag nanalo ka, sige hindi na kita kakausapin. Pero kapag natalo ka, sakin ka buong gabi."

"Hay nako tigilan mo nga ako sa mga laro mong yan."

"Nag palusot pa, ang sabihin mo alam mong matatalo ka lang kaya ayaw mong mag laro." He said as he nudge her.

"At kampante ka talagang mananalo ka sakin ha."

"Oh bakit hindi ba?"

"Hay nako mayabang ka talaga. Patunayan mo yan ha." She said and stand up. Ready to play beer pong.

Richard was shocked with her reaction but he felt happiness.

"Oh ayaw mo? Bakit naduwag ka na?" Dawn said as she began to tease him.

"Susundin natin ang kasunduan na kapag natalo ka, sa akin ka buong gabi ha."

"Oo na, oo nah. At kapag ikaw ang natalo, titigilan mo na ako. Hindi mo na ako kakausapin pa."
