Richard was supervising everything, checking if they're doing their jobs. Vice told them that he needs to leave now because they have a meeting on ADV and Dawn asked him to go, also Dawn take charge in his work.
"Ms. Dawn, what do you think of this po?" The head executive asked her.
"Pair it with a jewelry. Maybe this one." She said handing her the bracelets.
"Dawn." Richard called her making them looked at him.
Dawn didn't say anything but looked at him also.
"Mag payong ka nga mainit." Richard said and moved her to him as he hold the umbrella. "Tsaka pwede ba, hayaan mo na sila sa mga trabaho nila. Nandito tayo to supervise them."
"I just want to help, instead of just telling them what to do." Dawn replied and continued what she's doing.
"Ang sabi ko, huwag ka ng kumilos. Hayaan mo sila sa trabaho nila!"
"Okay nga lang, gusto ko ang ginagawa ko."
"Teka nga ano ba ako dito?" Richard asked the staff in there.
"Our boss sir." One of them answered.
"Narinig mo Dawn?" He said and made her looked at him.
"So?" She replied.
"Ibig sabihin, lahat ng sasabihin ko susundin."
"Oh pwes hindi mo ako empleyado, gagawin ko kung anong gusto ko." She angrily said as she walked out.
Richard followed her trying to stop her. "Ano walk out na naman?"
"Ano bang gusto mo Richard? Kanina pinagsabihan mo ako na wag makipag kwentuhan dahil oras ng trabaho. Ngayong kumikilos ako pinapahinto mo ako. Alam mo kung ayaw mo akong pakilusin at tumulong dito, sana hindi mo na lang ako pinapunta."
"Hindi naman yun ang ibig kong sabihin. Ayoko lang na kumilos ka ng kumilos dahil trabaho na nila yan. Isa pa baka mapagod ka."
"So now you're being nice?!"
"Anong ibig sabihin nyan?"
"Ewan ko sayo, hindi kita maintindihan! Mag susungit tapos babait. Moody mo noh! Baliw ka ba?"
"Daddy!" Dave called Richard and ran towards them. Causing them to stopped from arguing.
"Sir, kanina ka pa po niya kasi hinahanap." Grace said while she's holding Rachel as they approached them.
"Tita can we eat na po?" Rachel asked Dawn.
"Ah gutom na kayo? Okay sige, Grace tell everyone to take their lunch break." Richard demands.
"Okay po sir." Grace respond.

"Richard ako na kay Rachel, asikasuhin mo yang anak mo." Dawn said while they're eating inside the tent.
"Hindi okay lang, kaya ko naman." Richard replied.
Dawn and Richard were sitting in both ends while the two kids were in their middle.
"Dave don't play with your food." Richard stopped him.
They were eating but Dawn remained silent, she only answer if the kids were the one asking. Suddenly Richard's phone rang.
"Andy?" He immediately asked and looked at Dawn who completely ignored him and continued to eat.
"Rich you're not answering my text, busy ka?" Andy asked him.
