Ye-Eun's POV
"Hi" a girl smiled in front of me
"Ah? Hello?" I smiled a bit
"I'm Shin Yuna, transferred student" we did a handshake
"Are we in the same class?" I asked
"Yes, I've always wanted to talk to you but you're always spacing out. So, I waited for this time to introduce myself to you" she smiled again
"A-Ah? Is there something you want to say?" I asked
"Kinda, but it's not about me. It's about Felix, I guess I'm not in the right place to tell you that. You should wait for Felix hehe" she giggled
"Oh? Okay. I understand, I'll wait for him" I smiled
"Are you already going home?" Yuna asked
"Hmm" I checked my wristwatch "It's too early for dinner"
"Ah you have dinner with someone?" Yuna
"Kinda" I smiled
"Do you want to take some walk?" Yuna
"Sure" I smiled
We arranged our things and left school together.
We started walking together. It's kinda awkward but...
Never mind...
"Ah! Ice cream!" Yuna smiled and dragged me to the ice cream parlor "What flavor do you want?"
"I'm fine" I answered
"Oh come on, my treat!" she smiled again
"Cookies and cream will be fine" I answered
"1 cookies and cream and 1 strawberry" Yuna said and paid our ice creams, we got our ice cream "Let's sit there" she said and lead the way
"Thank you" I said
"It's fine, you are my very first friend in Stonehill University" she smiled brightly
How I wish I can smile bright like her...
"R-Really?" I asked
"Yeah, you really caught my attention" she licked the ice cream "You look like my older sister and same personality"
"Do you even know what kind of p-person I am?" I looked at her
"According to our classmates you are really a friendly, bubbly and cheerful person. You are kind, smart, talented and beautiful. They even called you the perfect example of the word unique" she smiled again
I didn't talked and just licking my ice cream...
"I even asked Felix, he said something happened that changed you so much" she sighed and looked at me "My sister killed herself because of a problem. I always caught her cutting her wrist and she always ended up in the hospital"
Her tears started falling...
"One night, she told me to buy some snacks because she wants to watch a movie with me. I agreed and went to the store but when I came back to her room she's already dead" she smirked and wiped her tears with her thumb "That's when I knew I was stupid. I didn't even notice that she's using excuses" her tears are falling nonstop
